Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma today chaired a meeting of District Level Committee to review cases related to the change of land use from agricultural to non-agricultural purposes. A total of eight cases were presented for consideration and after a detailed discussion and scrutiny, seven cases were approved, while one case was rejected due to unclear land title.
The Deputy Commissioner instructed Revenue officials to keep a close check to ensure that no construction activity is allowed without obtaining the necessary permissions. The meeting was attended by ACR, Mohd Jahangir Khan, DFO Nowshera Shewata Deona, DFO Rajouri, Assistant Director Fire & Emergency Services, and other district officers.
