Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria visited the Gaushala Point of 'Buddha Dariya' on Saturday and announced that he will hold monthly meetings on-site to closely monitor the Buddha Dariya Rejuvenation Project.

Accompanied by Rajya Sabha MP Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal, MLA Ashok Parashar Pappi, Mayor Principal Inderjeet Kaur, MC Commissioner Aaditya Dachalwal, and several officials from various departments, the Governor disclosed that he has already convened two meetings at the Raj Bhawan to evaluate the project's implementation.

Starting from February, a monthly meeting will take place at the Gaushala Point, Ludhiana. These meetings will include MPs, MLAs, officials, NGOs, and other stakeholders, with the objective of rejuvenating Buddha Dariya before the onset of the monsoon season this year under the supervision of Sant Balbir Singh Seechewal who is actively involved in Kar Sewa (voluntary service) at the location to support these efforts.
