RBU student bags Silver in inter-varsity Karate championship

Rayat Bahra University is  delighted to share that its student Somit Kumar  (BA 2024 batch), bagged Silver medal in the All-India Inter-University Karate Championship in 50Kg. The championship took place at Maharshi Dayanand  University, Rohtak, where top university athletes from all over India competed.

Somit’s success is a proud moment for Rayat Bahra University and shows his hard work, discipline, and skill. His win also highlights the support students receive from the university to excel both in sports and academics.

Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra and Vice Chancellor Dr. Parvinder Singh congratulated Somit on his achievement. They shared how the university is dedicated to helping students succeed not only in their studies but also in sports.

Director of Sports Mahesh Jetly said that This victory reflects the dedication and commitment our students put into their training.
