Two Rayat Bahra University students win laurels in shooting championship

Students of Rayat Bahra University have won laurels for their institution by being members of Punjab teams that bagged a number of Gold medals in various events in the 67th National Shooting Championship Competition Pistol, 2024.

Arshdeep Kaur, a student of B. Ed (first semester) 2024 batch was a member the Punjab team which won gold medal in sports pistol, Gold in standard pistol, and team that won Bronze in 10 m Air Pistol categories in the in the 67thNational Shooting Championship 2024 held at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range, New Delhi.

Another student Ishneet Aulakh, a student of PG Diploma in Human Rights Law First semester, 2024 batch was a member of the Punjab  team that won a Gold Medal in the Sports Pistol Team Punjab category at the 67thNational Shooting Championship 2024. 

Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chancellor of Rayat Bahra University, and Dr Parvinder Singh, Vice-Chancellor, congratulated the two students for their outstanding performance. They said that the two students had brought great honour to the university which has been focusing not only on academics but in the holistic development of the personality of the students.
