Dr. Rajender Attri and Anshuk Attri, members of HPG Educational Trust called on Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla at Raj Bhavan today. They apprised the Governor about their educational exhibit that focuses on Dr. Parmar, freedom movements, and the history of Himachal Pradesh.
The Governor appreciated the efforts of the trust for their educational exhibit, focuses on the freedom movements of Himachal and aims to honour the state's unsung freedom fighters. He was also lauded for starting a photo gallery dedicated to Dr. Parmar.
They requested the Governor to provide space to HPG Educational Trust in either Municipal Corporation Town Hall or Bantony Castle, to establish a permanent exhibit so that the students and people of the state, as well as the tourists, can learn about the history of Himachal.
They apprised that the Trust has recently published a reference book on Dr. Parmar which contains history of Himachal from 1948 to 1952, particularly focusing on contributions of Dr. Parmar.
