Dr. Saket Kumar, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister said that strict action will be taken against those found negligent in addressing complaints received through the CM Window. He directed that an explanation be sought from the City Magistrate (CTM) regarding negligence in handling revenue-related matters in Bhiwani district.

In addition, nodal officer of the CRID was also instructed to provide an explanation for their negligence. Dr. Kumar was presiding over the first review meeting of the CM Window after the formation of the 15th Legislative Assembly on Thursday. In the review meeting, the Additional Principal Secretary took feedback on complaints across various departments and instructed all officials to resolve them promptly.

He said that there should be no negligence at any level in addressing these complaints. Special instructions were given to the nodal officer of CRID, along with necessary guidelines, instructing that the complaints related to CRID be treated with utmost seriousness and urgency. Pending complaints should be resolved without delay.

The Additional Principal Secretary also reviewed numerous complaints related to the Electricity, Revenue, and Panchayat departments. He directed all departments to address public grievances immediately and with complete transparency. He stressed that cases involving potential misappropriation of funds or risk to the state treasury must be handled with extreme caution. Additionally, issues that impact the wider public interest should be prioritized above all else.

The Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister said that the Chief Minister is dedicated to serving the people with the spirit of Antyodaya, a core principle aimed at uplifting the most vulnerable sections of society. He stressed that this approach should be clearly reflected in the actions and intentions of all officers.

Apart from this, he directed the officers to establish a system that would ensure the cases sent by various departments to the Revenue Department for declaring land revenue arrears are properly accounted for and effectively monitored.

Present at the meeting were Chief Minister's OSD for the CM Window, Vivek Kalia, OSD Grievances Rakesh Sandhu, and the nodal officers from various departments handling the CM Window.
