Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Landran, with its 23-year legacy as a higher education institution continues to prioritize research, innovation, and entrepreneurship alongside delivering affordable, high-quality education. The institution has steadily evolved into a hub for nurturing entrepreneurial talent and promoting an innovation-focused ecosystem. 

The ACIC RISE Association, CGC Landran supported by AIM, NITI Aayog, Government of India,  has played a major role in this evolution by promoting entrepreneurship and a culture of innovation particularly at the grassroots level in semi- urban and rural India. ACIC Rise Association, CGC Landran has mentored over 100 startups, enabling them to grow and make an impact in diverse fields.  

Oqlous AGI, a visionary startup co-founded by three astute young entrepreneurs, Nirmal Nambiar, Aditya Sharma, and Sarthak Chaudhary, is one such startup incubated with ACIC RISE, Association, CGC Landran. Uniquely positioned as the world’s first AI project Manager, Oqlous AGI focuses on delivering cutting-edge AI technologies for enterprise needs. 

This B2B SaaS platform automates workflow for product managers, team leads and employees. It deploys AI agents that handle the job with no human involvement, acting as a personal AI clone that works on behalf of team members. Their work aligns with the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative, demonstrating how Indian startups can develop world-class solutions domestically. 

Dr. Ruchi Singla, Director of R&D at CGC Landran, highlighted the institution’s role in nurturing and encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship not only in students but in the communities that the institution supports in its vicinity. “ACIC RISE Association, CGC Landran, is committed to empowering startups like Oqlous AGI by providing them with resources, mentorship and a collaborative environment.”
