A grand 33rd Sant Sammelan was organised today in memory of 'Sant Guru Sahib Premdas' in Munak village, Karnal. Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Sh. Harvinder Kalyan and Co-operation Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma participated in the function as the Chief Guests. MLA Assandh, Sh.Yoginder Rana was also present at the Sammelan. Saints from Haryana and Punjab also participated in this event.
Speaking on the occasion, Sh. Harvinder Kalyan stated that saints do not belong to any one caste or religion, they are born for the welfare of humanity. Guru Ravidas Maharaj and other saints have always guided people to follow the path of righteousness.
Cooperation Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma said the state government, with the blessings of saints and spiritual leaders, is working tirelessly for public welfare. Saints have always strengthened the spirit of unity and brotherhood. Drawing inspiration from them, the Haryana Government celebrates the anniversaries of great leaders at the state level every year, so that the younger generation can adopt their teachings and move forward.
