The Department of International Affairs, Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Landran,has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with three prestigious international institutions namely, Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Cyprus; Britts Imperial University College, Sharjah, UAE; and Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, Germany. 

These MoUs represent the institution’s dedication towards preparing its students to succeed in a competitive world.These partnerships will further reinforce CGC Landran’s commitment to providing students and faculty with global exposure, diverse learning opportunities and avenues for academic, research, and cultural exchange.CGC Landran has signed more than 50 MoUs with leading institutions worldwide, including AACSB-accredited universities in the USA, Australia, the UK, Canada, Belgium, and beyond. 

These alliances are aimed at enhancing CGCians’ career prospects, academic excellence and personal development. The partnership with Eastern Mediterranean University, Cyprus, will offer articulation pathways, semester-abroad programs, online and short courses, and research and faculty development initiatives. 

They will also benefit from joint research projects, credit transfer programs, study visits, and participation in international conferences and seminars. 

Similarly, the MoU with Britts Imperial University College, Sharjah, UAE, will focus on short courses, internships, and innovative collaboration. 

This alliance will enable students to gain global academic and professional experience through exchange programs, study trips, and joint research activities. 

The agreement with Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, Germany, is aimed at strengthening academic cooperation in industrial research and education. 

Joint initiatives include collaborative degree programs, research projects, student and faculty exchange programs, and organization of international conferences, workshops, and lectures.

Sharing his views Dr. P.N. Hrisheekesha, Campus Director, CGC Landran, said, “At CGC Landran, we believe in creating opportunities that empower our students and faculty. 

These MoUs will provide them a solid foundation to attain excellence in education, research and personal development, through global exposure and cultural exchange.”

Dr. Ramandeep Saini, Dean, International Affairs, CGC Landran, added, “Our partnerships with EMU, Britts Imperial University, and Albstadt-Sigmaringen University will help our students to gain  access to diverse academic resources, engage in research, and enhance their academic and professional competencies."

Through these international initiatives, CGC Landran remains resolute in its mission of providing a dynamic, research-focused, industry-aligned and enriched learning environment for its students and faculty.
