Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, the President of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee and Member of Parliament from Ludhiana launched a scathing attack on the Aam Aadmi Party, particularly targeting the recent reshuffling of the state Cabinet. This marks the fourth time the AAP government has reshuffled its Cabinet since coming into power in March 2022, a move Raja Warring described as a clear sign of instability and mismanagement within the ruling party.

Warring expressed grave concerns over the repeated changes, pointing out that a Cabinet Minister typically requires at least six months to fully understand the workings of their department. "It takes time for any Minister to get a firm grip on the department's functioning, to study the issues in depth and come up with effective policies.

But with the AAP government’s constant reshuffling, it’s impossible for any real work to be done. This government is running around like a headless chicken, constantly shifting positions without a clear sense of direction," the PPCC Chief said.

He further attacked the government's choice of ministers, stating that no experienced MLA was given a Cabinet position, with the posts being handed over to newly elected MLAs, thereby creating an inexperienced Cabinet. "What kind of governance can we expect when the most critical positions are being filled by those who are still learning the ropes?

It’s almost as if Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is playing a dangerous game with the future of Punjab," Warring remarked. The Congress leader linked this instability directly to the ongoing financial crisis in the state. "Punjab’s debt is skyrocketing, and there is no solution in sight.

The AAP government’s ineptitude and lack of a coherent strategy have crippled governance in Punjab. Every reshuffle is an attempt to cover up their failures, but the people of Punjab can see through this facade."The PPCC Chief did not mince words when it came to holding CM Bhagwant Mann accountable.

"This is what happens when governance is taken for granted, when political gimmicks and theatrics take precedence over the actual running of a state. The entire state is suffering because of AAP’s inexperience, and CM Mann’s government has shown no signs of being able to resolve these critical issues."

In conclusion, Raja Warring reiterated that the instability caused by the frequent reshuffling of the Cabinet is severely impacting the state's development and governance. "Punjab deserves stability and competent leadership, but with Bhagwant Mann and Aam Aadmi Party at the helm, we have neither. The people of Punjab will not stand for this kind of reckless governance for much longer."
