Haryana Minister of State for Environment, Forest, Wildlife and Sports, Sanjay Singh said that the present government is committed to the spirit of Antyodaya, ensuring the benefits of government schemes reach people through online platforms. During the meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievances Redressal Committee, the Minister resolved 10 out of 12 complaints on the spot.
Mr. Sanjay Singh presided over the meeting in Bhiwani, where he emphasized the importance of promptly addressing public grievances. He directed officials to prioritize resolving complaints so that citizens do not have to visit offices unnecessarily.
In addition to the 12 cases discussed, residents from various villages brought up issues related to electricity, water, and development works. The Minister instructed officials from the concerned departments to take immediate action.
The Minister of State directed senior officials of the Electricity Corporation to hold an open darbar in the district to address electricity-related complaints and to remove all iron electricity poles as soon as possible.
He emphasized the importance of working on cases within the given time frame to avoid causing trouble for the public. He also instructed officials to take the Chief Minister's announcements seriously and complete the related works within the stipulated time.
Regarding the issue of drinking water, Mr. Singh stated that under the Amrit Yojana, efforts are being made to ensure tap water reaches every house. Clean water has already been delivered to every home. He assured villagers that the silt in the water tank of Bapauda village would be removed within 15 days.
For environmental protection, the Minister highlighted the Van Mitra Yojana, which includes geo-tagging of plants and monitoring their growth for five years using drones. He mentioned that Van Mitras would be recruited to take care of the plants. Additionally, under the State Government's Pran Vayu Devta Scheme, those who care for healthy trees older than 75 years are being given a pension of Rs. 2750 per year.

प्रदेश के पर्यावरण, वन एवं वन्य जीव तथा खेल राज्य मंत्री श्री संजय सिंह ने कहा कि सरकार अंत्योदय की भावना से कार्य कर रही है। सरकार द्वारा लोगों को ऑनलाईन माध्यम से सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ दिया जा रहा है। राज्य मंत्री ने जिला लोक संपर्क एवं कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक में रखी गई कुल 12 शिकायतों में से 10 का मौके पर ही समाधान किया।
संजय सिंह आज भिवानी में आयोजित जिला लोक संपर्क एवं कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे। बैठक में कुल 12 परिवाद रखे गए, जिसमें से 10 का राज्य मंत्री ने मौके पर ही समाधान किया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि लोगों की शिकायतों का प्राथमिकता के साथ समाधान करें। नागरिकों को अनावश्यक रूप से कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें।
बैठक में रखे गए 12 मामलों के अलावा भी अनेक गांवों के लोगों ने राज्य मंत्री के समक्ष बिजली, पानी और विकास कार्यों से संबंधित शिकायतें रखी, जिस पर उन्होंने संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को तुरंत प्रभाव से कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए। राज्य मंत्री ने बिजली निगम के उच्चाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे जिला में खुला दरबार लगाकर बिजली से संबंधित शिकायतों का निपटान करें और जिला में जितने भी बिजली के लोहे के पोल हैं, उन्हें अति शीघ्र हटाया जाए।
उन्होंने निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि समिति के समक्ष रखे गए मामलों को अधिकारी उनके द्वारा दी गई निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर कार्य करें ताकि आमजन को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी नहीं उठाने पड़े। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सीएम घोषणाओं के कार्यों को गंभीरता से लेकर निर्धारित समयावधि में पूरा करवाएं।
पीने के पानी की समस्या को लेकर उन्होंने कहा कि अमृत योजना के तहत हर घर में नल और नल में जल पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। प्रत्येक घर में स्वच्छ जल पहुंचाया गया है। ग्रामीणों की शिकायत पर राज्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बापौड़ा गांव के जलघर की गाद को 15 दिन के अंदर निकलवाया जाएगा।उन्होंने कहा कि वन मित्र योजना के तहत पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए पौधों की जियो-टैगिंग की जाएगी तथा ड्रोन की मदद से पांच साल तक उनकी ग्रोथ पर भी नजर रखी जाएगी।
उन्होंने बताया कि पौधों की देखभाल के लिए वन मित्र योजना के तहत वन मित्र भर्ती किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि 75 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के स्वस्थ पेड़ों की देखभाल करने वालों को राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्राण वायु देवता स्कीम के तहत 2750 रुपये प्रति वर्ष पेंशन देने की योजना के तहत लाभ दिया जा रहा है।
