In a significant development for the region, the Chairperson, District Development Council (DDC) Baramulla, Safeena Baig in presence of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Minga Sherpa Monday laid the foundation stone for the new DDC office building at Jetty Baramulla. The ceremony marks the commencement of a pivotal infrastructure project aimed at enhancing administrative efficiency and service delivery in the district.
The new DDC office building, with an estimated cost of Rs 285.38 lakhs, is set to become a landmark structure, reflecting the commitment of the local government to improve public amenities and governance. Speaking at the event, the Chairperson DDC highlighted the importance of this project for the local administration.
