Haryana Chief Minister, Nayab Singh Saini said that the Center and State's double-engine government is continuously working to empower the poor, farmers, laborers, women, and youth. Under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, various welfare schemes are being implemented for all sections of society, which has increased public trust in our government.
If anyone thinks about the welfare of the poor, farmers, and marginalized sections of society, it is Sh. Narendra Modi, said Sh. Nayab Singh. In a programme held today in Bhiwani district, the Chief Minister reiterated his government’s commitment to farmer welfare by disbursing a compensation amount of Rs. 135 crore for damaged crops in Rabi-2024 directly into the accounts of over 54,000 farmers across the state through the e-Fasal Kshatipurti Portal.
Besides this, under the Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana (DAYALU), he also released financial assistance of Rs.131.24 crore into the accounts of 3,527 eligible beneficiaries, he said.
Sh. Nayab Singh mentioned that the present state government is continuously working to strengthen the poor through various schemes. Over the last 10 years, under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana has been running to ensure the security and empowerment of farmers.
In the past 9.5 years, the double-engine government has provided Rs. 12,500 crore as compensation to farmers
The Chief Minister while highlighting significant differences between the previous government's tenure and ours said that in 10 years, the Congress government gave only Rs. 1,100 crore as crop damage compensation to Haryana's farmers, while our double-engine government has given Rs.12,500 crore in the last 9.5 years.
Opposition spread misinformation about MSP, central government continuously increased MSP
Sh. Nayab Singh said that the opposition spread misinformation claiming that this government is anti-farmer and would abolish MSP. However, just two days ago, the central government increased the MSP of crops to benefit farmers. In Haryana, the double-engine government also buys 14 crops at MSP, he said.
In the previous governments, farmers used to get cheques of Rs 2 and Rs 5
The Chief Minister said that the previous government made a mockery of farmers. When Bhupinder Singh Hooda was Chief Minister, farmers were given cheques of Rs. 2 and Rs. 5 as compensation. In contrast, our double-engine government provides cheques of Rs. 30,000, Rs. 40,000, and Rs. 50,000 for crop damage due to natural disasters.

Sh. Nayab Singh said that upon taking the oath for the third time as Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi first signed for farmer welfare. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, he provided Rs. 20,000 crore in benefits to farmers.
Besides this, he also ensured housing for 3 crore poor families in the next 5 years. The Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi always thinks about the welfare of the poor, farmers, and marginalized sections, he said. The Chief Minister said that farmers are producing more today than in 2014, and the government is purchasing it at MSP.
He said that the present state government has planned to provide subsidies to farmers for purchasing agricultural machinery like tractors, reapers, and rotavators. The central government has linked mandis with e-NAM, allowing farmers to sell their produce at profitable prices in any mandi. The government is standing with the poor, farmers, and every section, ensuring they face no difficulties, said Sh. Nayab Singh.
CM advancing welfare works for farmers and the poor, Sh. J.P Dalal
Earlier speaking at the event, Finance Minister Sh. J.P Dalal said that Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh is advancing the welfare works initiated by the present state government for farmers and the poor. Our government has provided the most insurance money to farmers.
The present state government has facilitated free travel for 80 lakh Antyodaya people for up to 1,000 kilometers within a year through the Happy Yojana, he said. Sh. J.P Dalal said that our government has given jobs to youth based on merit.
We have reserved five marks for youth from poor families. However, there is a ‘Bharti Roko gang’ of Congress that stops recruitment by approaching the High Court. But the BJP government will not let these recruitments fail and will go to the Supreme Court and ensure the jobs of our children are secured, said the Minister.
We will work with Prime Minister's vision of a developed India by 2047, Kiran Choudhry
At the event, Tosham MLA, Smt. Kiran Choudhry said that the BJP has introduced the Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana for the poor and needy. Under this scheme, Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh has benefitted such eligible families in the state. It is a very beneficial scheme, she said.
She said that Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi's vision of a developed India by 2047 guides our work. The government is continuously working for the welfare of farmers, women, and youth, providing jobs without bribes. All these efforts will rapidly advance Haryana.

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि हमारी डबल इंजन की सरकार लगातार गरीब, किसान, मजदूर, महिलाओं और युवाओं को सशक्त व मजबूत करने का काम कर रही है। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में लगातार हर वर्ग के कल्याण के लिए योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं, जिससे आज हर वर्ग का हमारी सरकार पर विश्वास बढ़ा है। गरीब, किसान, समाज के वंचित वर्ग के हित में अगर कोई सोचता है तो वो श्री नरेंद्र मोदी हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने आज जिला भिवानी में आयोजित समारोह में किसान कल्याण की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता को दोहराते हुए ई-फसल क्षतिपूर्ति पोर्टल के माध्यम से रबी-2024 में क्षतिग्रस्त फसलों की 135 करोड़ रुपये की मुआवजा राशि सीधे प्रदेशभर के 54,000 से ज़्यादा किसानों के खातों में भेजी। साथ ही, उन्होंने दीनदयाल उपाध्याय अंत्योदय परिवार सुरक्षा योजना के तहत भी 3527 पात्र लाभपात्रों के खातों में 131.24 करोड़ रुपये की अनुग्रह राशि जारी की।
श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार विभिन्न योजनाओं के माध्यम से गरीबों को मजबूत करने का काम लगातार कर रही है। पिछले 10 वर्षों में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना चलाकर किसानों को सुरक्षित और मजबूत करने का काम किया जा रहा है।
पिछले साढ़े 9 वर्षों में डबल इंजन सरकार ने किसानों को दिया 12,500 करोड़ रुपये का मुआवजा
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पूर्व की सरकार के कार्यकाल में और हमारी सरकार के कार्यकाल में जमीन आसमान का अंतर दिखाई देता है। 10 वर्षों के अंदर कांग्रेस की सरकार ने हरियाणा के किसानों को फसल खराबे के मुआवजे के रूप में मात्र 1100 करोड़ रुपये की राशि ही दी गई थी। जबकि पिछले साढ़े 9 वर्ष के कार्यकाल में हमारी डबल इंजन की सरकार ने 12,500 करोड़ रुपये का मुआवजा दिया है।
डीएपी के रेट बढ़ने पर तब की सरकार ने कोई संवेदनशीलता नहीं दिखाई
श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि जब डीएपी के रेट बढ़ें, उस समय की सरकार ने कोई संवेदनशीलता नहीं दिखाई। वर्ष 2008 और 2009 में डीएपी और यूरिया के रेट कम होते थे, परंतु कांग्रेस की सरकार ने उनके भाव बढ़ा कर उनकी कीमतों को दोगुना कर दिया। उन्होंने किसान हित में एक भी कदम नहीं उठाया। उन्होंने कहा कि जब डीएपी, यूरिया के अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर दाम बढ़े तो प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने तुरंत कैबिनेट की बैठक कर यह निर्णय लिया कि बढ़े हुए भावों का प्रभाव किसानों पर नहीं पड़ेगा, वो सरकार वहन करेगी और उस पर सब्सिडी देने का काम केंद्र सरकार ने किया।
विपक्ष ने एमएसपी को लेकर दुष्प्रचार किया, केंद्र सरकार ने फसलों का एमएसपी लगातार बढ़ाया
श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि विपक्ष की ओर से दुष्प्रचार किया गया कि ये सरकार किसान विरोधी है, एमएसपी को खत्म कर देंगे। परन्तु अभी 2 दिन पहले ही केंद्र सरकार ने फसलों का एमएसपी बढ़ाकर किसानों को लाभ पहुंचाने का काम किया है। हरियाणा में भी डबल इंजन की सरकार 14 फसलों को एमएसपी पर खरीदने का काम करती है।
पूर्व की सरकारों में किसानों को मिलते थे 2 रुपये, 5 रुपये के चैक
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पूर्व की सरकार किसानों के साथ मजाक करती थी। भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा, जब मुख्यमंत्री रहे, तो उस समय किसानों को मुआवजे के नाम पर 2-2 रुपये और 5-5 रुपये के चैक भेजकर किसानों के साथ भद्दा मजाक करते थे। जबकि आज हमारी डबल इंजन की सरकार के कार्यकाल में प्राकृतिक आपदा के कारण खराब हुई फसल के लिए किसानों को 30, 40 और 50 हजार रुपये तक के चैक जाते हैं।

श्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि लगातार तीसरी बार श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने प्रधान सेवक के रूप में प्रधानमंत्री पद की शपथ ली, तो सबसे पहला काम उन्होंने किसान कल्याण के लिए किया। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत देश के किसानों को 20 हजार करोड़ रुपये का लाभ दिया। दूसरा काम उन्होंने किया कि आने वाले 5 वर्षों में देश के 3 करोड़ गरीब परिवारों को आवास बना कर देंगे। गरीब, किसान, समाज के वंचित वर्ग के हित में अगर कोई सोचता है तो वो श्री नरेंद्र मोदी हैं।
सरकार गरीब, किसान और हर वर्ग के साथ खड़ी है
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि किसान 2014 में जितनी पैदावार कर रहा था, आज उससे ज्यादा पैदावार कर रहा है और नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार उसे एमएसपी पर खरीदने का काम कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार ने योजना बनाई, जिसके तहत हरियाणा में किसानों को कृषि संयंत्र, जैसे ट्रैक्टर, रीपर, रोटवीटर इत्यादि को खरीदने के लिए सब्सिडी दी जा रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने मंडियों को ई-नैम से जोड़ा, जिससे किसान किसी भी मंडी में लाभकारी मूल्य पर अपनी फसल को बेच सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार गरीब, किसान और हर वर्ग के साथ खड़ी है, उन्हें कोई दिक्कत नहीं आने देगी।
मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह किसानों, गरीबों के हित में कामों को आगे बढ़ा रहे – वित्त मंत्री जेपी दलाल
कार्यक्रम में वित्त मंत्री श्री जेपी दलाल ने कहा कि सरकार ने किसानों, गरीबों के हित में जो काम शुरू किए, मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह उन्हीं कामों को आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं। हमारी सरकार ने सबसे ज्यादा बीमे का पैसा किसानों को दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार ने 80 लाख अंत्योदय लोगों को हैप्पी योजना के माध्यम से एक साल के अंदर 1000 किलोमीटर तक मुफ्त यात्रा की सुविधा दी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार में बिना पर्ची-खर्ची के युवाओं को मेरिट पर नौकरी मिली है। हमने पांच नंबर गरीब परिवारों के युवाओं को दिए। लेकिन कांग्रेस का एक भर्ती रोको गैंग है, जिन्होंने हाईकोर्ट में जाके भर्ती रुकवाई, लेकिन भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार इस भर्ती को फेल नहीं होने देगी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जाएगी और जो हमारे बच्चे लगे हैं, उनकी नौकरी बरकरार रखेगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार किसान हितैषी सरकार है। उसी का परिणाम है कि 1962 के बाद पहली बार लगातार तीसरी बार श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में एनडीए की सरकार को लोगों ने आशीर्वाद दिया है। मुझे पूरा भरोसा है कि श्री नायब सिंह के नेतृत्व में हरियाणा के गरीब, किसान और समाज के सभी वर्गों के लोग तीसरी बार भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार बनाएंगे।
प्रधानमंत्री के वर्ष 2047 तक विकसित भारत के संकल्प के साथ हम करेंगे काम – किरण चौधरी
इस अवसर पर तोशाम से विधायक श्रीमती किरण चौधरी ने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने गरीबों व जरूरतमंदों के लिए दीनदयाल उपाध्याय अंत्योदय परिवार सुरक्षा योजना (दयालु) चलाई है, जिसके तहत आज मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने प्रदेश के ऐसे पात्र परिवारों को लाभ पहुंचाने का काम किया है। ये बहुत ही लाभदायक योजना है।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने वर्ष 2047 तक विकसित भारत को जो संकल्प लिया है, इसी संकल्प के साथ हमने आगे काम करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार किसानों, महिलाओं, नौजवानों के हित के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है। बिना खर्ची-पर्ची युवाओं को नौकरियां दी जा रही है। ये सारे काम आने वाले समय में हरियाणा को बहुत तेजी से आगे लेकर जाएगा।
आने वाले समय में भिवानी, दादरी, महेंद्रगढ़ बीजेपी का हाथ मजबूत करेंगे, बीजेपी की सरकार बनेगी और जनहित के काम को हम आगे बढ़ाएंगे। इस अवसर पर सांसद चौधरी धर्मबीर सिंह, वित्त विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्री अनुराग रस्तोगी सहित जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारी व अन्य गणमान्य अतिथिगण उपस्थित रहे।
