Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh has directed officers to improve all basic amenities such as electricity, water, roads, and sewage in the industrial areas under the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC) so that industrialists do not face any difficulties.
He also directed to start the necessary facilities in all the estates transferred from Haryana Urban Development Authority to HSIIDC as soon as possible. The Chief Minister was presiding over a review meeting of HSIIDC here today. Industry and Commerce Minister, Sh. Mool Chand Sharma was also present on the occasion.
Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh, while obtaining detailed information about various HSIIDC estates in the state, said that officers should set a timeline for completing any projects. If there is any laxity in this, necessary action could be taken against the concerned officials.
Referring to the report on the damage caused by floods in the Ambala industrial area last year, he said that adequate arrangements should be made in advance considering the monsoon season this time so that no industrialist suffers any loss.The Chief Minister advised treating the water discharged from industries properly through treatment plants and reusing it.
He also emphasized ensuring that groundwater does not get contaminated so that the drinking water for citizens remains safe. He also obtained information about the various ongoing and proposed projects by HSIIDC in the state and gave necessary instructions in this regard.
The meeting was attended by Additional Chief Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department, Sh. Arun Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. V. Umashankar, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Smt. Ashima Brar, Chief Minister's Political Advisor, Sh. Bharat Bhushan Bharti, besides other officers were present.

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि हरियाणा स्टेट इंडस्ट्रियल एंड इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट कॉरपोरशन लिमिटेड (एचएसआईआईडीसी) के औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में बिजली , पानी ,सड़क , सीवरेज जैसी सभी मूलभूत सुविधाएं बेहतर की जाएं ताकि उद्योगपतियों को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े।
उन्होंने हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण से एचएसआईआईडीसी को स्थानांतरित की गई सभी सम्पदाओं में भी जरुरी सुविधाएं जल्द से जल्द शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री आज यहां एचएसआईआईडीसी की समीक्षा बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे। इस अवसर पर उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य मंत्री श्री मूलचंद शर्मा भी उपस्थित थे।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने राज्य में एचएसआईआईडीसी की विभिन्न सम्पदाओं की विस्तृत जानकारी हासिल करते हुए कहा कि अधिकारी किसी प्रोजेक्ट्स को पूरा करने की एक समय -सीमा निर्धारित करें , अगर इसमें ढिलाई बरती गई तो संबंधित अधिकारी के खिलाफ आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जा सकती है। उन्होंने पिछले वर्ष अंबाला औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में बाढ़ से हुए नुकसान की रिपोर्ट लेते हुए कहा कि इस बार बरसात के मौसम को ध्यान में रखते हुए अभी से पुख्ता प्रबंध कर लें , किसी भी उद्योगपति का नुकसान नहीं होना चाहिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने उद्योगों से निकलने वाले पानी को ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट के माध्यम से उचित प्रकार से ट्रीट करके पुनः उपयोग में लाने की सलाह दी और कहा कि यह भी ध्यान रखा जाना चाहिए कि इससे जमीनी पानी भी ख़राब न हो ताकि नागरिकों के पेयजल को दूषित होने से बचाया जा सके। उन्होंने प्रदेश में एचएसआईआईडीसी द्वारा चलाए जा रहे विभिन्न प्रोजेक्ट्स और प्रस्तावित प्रोजेक्ट्स की जानकारी भी प्राप्त की और इस दिशा में आवश्यक दिशा - निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्री अरुण कुमार गुप्ता, मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान सचिव श्री वी उमाशंकर, मुख्यमंत्री की अतिरिक्त प्रधान सचिव श्रीमती आशिमा बराड़, मुख्यमंत्री के राजनैतिक सलाहकार श्री भारत भूषण भारती के अलावा विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।
