Haryana Education Minister, Seema Trikha, stated that immediate resolution of the problems of students and teachers is necessary. For this purpose, a separate nodal officer will be appointed for each district.The Education Minister chaired a meeting of senior officers of the Primary and Secondary Education Department at the Shiksha Sadan in Panchkula today.
On this occasion, besides the Additional Chief Secretary, School Education Department, Smt. G. Anupama, the Director General, Elementary Education, Haryana and Secretary, Rippudaman Singh Dhillon and other senior officers were present.
The Education Minister to inspect schools in two districts in a day
The Education Minister mentioned that she will personally visit two government schools every day from July onwards. She also informed that plans will be made soon to inaugurate newly constructed school buildings, and work will be expedited to inaugurate new buildings and lay the foundation stone for new buildings as per requirement.
"Shiksha-Sarathi" Magazine to Reach from Village Panchs to the Chief Minister
Smt. Seema Trikha directed to increase the dissemination of the "Shiksha-Sarathi" magazine published by the department, emphasizing that it should include the achievements of students and the inclusive of the welfare schemes of the central and state governments.
She also stressed on giving due importance to the major highlights of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's "Mann Ki Baat" programme. She emphasized that the "Shiksha-Sarathi" magazine should not be limited only to the school library but should reach from village panchs to the Chief Minister of the state.
Textbooks Reached Schools on Time for the First Time
The Education Minister, Smt. Seema Trikha, expressed happiness that for the first time in the new academic session, textbooks have reached government schools on time in the state, which will have a positive impact on the education of children. She expressed satisfaction with the results of the board exams in 2024 compared to 2015, stating that the pass percentage has increased threefold.
She reviewed several student-centric schemes being run by the department such as Super-100, Buniyaad, Arts Festival, and gave necessary directions. It was informed to the Education Minister that tourism-related vocational courses have been started in many prestigious schools of the state, which will enable the youth of the state to benefit from emerging employment opportunities in the future.
The students of the state's government schools will knock on every door in their respective areas in July and urge citizens to plant trees during the rainy season. The students will knock on doors and ask people whether they have planted their share of the tree because trees not only provide oxygen but also provide fruits, flowers, and other food items to people.
Each District to Have a Separate Nodal Officer
Education Minister, Smt. Seema Trikha directed to set time-bound targets for various tasks such as scholarships for students, child care leave for female teachers, ACP, seniority list, etc., for speedy disposal and to appoint a separate nodal officer for each district so that every task can be completed promptly. This will also improve academic performance. Each school will also be informed about the nodal officer appointed for their district.
Teacher Union Demands to Be Fulfilled
She directed the department officers in the meeting to finalize the demands of various teacher unions that are stuck only in files and to study other legitimate demands and give them a final shape as soon as possible. She also asked the officers present on the occasion about their problems and stated that they are determined for the betterment of education in the state, and any officer or employee can meet them without any hesitation.

हरियाणा की शिक्षा मंत्री सीमा त्रिखा ने कहा कि अधिकारी विद्यार्थियों और अध्यापकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित निदान करें , इसके लिए प्रत्येक जिला का अलग से नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किया जाए। शिक्षा मंत्री आज पंचकूला स्थित शिक्षा सदन में प्राथमिक एवं माध्यमिक स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के उच्च अधिकारियों की बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रही थी।
इस अवसर पर स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग की अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती जी.अनुपमा , प्राथमिक स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के महानिदेशक श्री आर एस ढिल्लो , माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग के निदेशक श्री जितेंद्र कुमार के अलावा अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। शिक्षा मंत्री श्रीमती सीमा त्रिखा ने आज की प्राथमिक एवं माध्यमिक स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग की बैठक को बुस्टर-मीटिंग की संज्ञा देते हुए कहा कि उन्हें उम्मीद है कि इस बैठक के बाद विभागीय कार्यों में तेज़ी आएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जहां अच्छा कार्य करने वालों को पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा , वहीं सुस्ती बरतने वालों की खिंचाई की जाएगी।
शिक्षा मंत्री एक दिन में दो जिलों का दौरा करके स्कूलों का करेंगी निरीक्षण
शिक्षा मंत्री ने बताया कि वे जुलाई माह से खुद प्रत्येक दिन दो सरकारी स्कूलों का दौरा भी करेंगी। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि जिस स्कूल का भवन , कमरे आदि नए बनकर तैयार हो गए हैं उनका जल्द ही उद्घाटन करने की योजना बनाई जाएगी और जरूरत के अनुसार नए भवनों का शिलान्यास करके कार्य को जल्द से जल्द अंजाम तक पहुँचाया जाएगा।
पंच से लेकर मुख्यमंत्री तक पहुंचे शिक्षा -सारथी पत्रिका
श्रीमती सीमा त्रिखा ने विभाग द्वारा प्रकाशित की जा रही शिक्षा -सारथी पत्रिका का प्रसार बढ़ाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि इसमें विद्यार्थियों की उपलब्धि और केंद्र एवं प्रदेश सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का समावेश होना चाहिए वहीं प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के ख्यातिप्राप्त कार्यक्रम "मन की बात" की भी प्रमुख बातों को उचित स्थान दिया जाए। शिक्षा मंत्री ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि शिक्षा -सारथी पत्रिका को केवल स्कूल की लाइब्रेरी तक सीमित न रखा जाए बल्कि गांव के पंच से लेकर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री तक पहुंचनी सुनिश्चित की जानी चाहिए।
पहली बार स्कूलों में समय पर पहुंची पाठ्यपुस्तकें
प्रदेश की शिक्षा मंत्री श्रीमती सीमा त्रिखा ने इस बात पर ख़ुशी ज़ाहिर की कि राज्य में पहली बार नए शैक्षणिक सत्र में सरकारी स्कूलों में पाठयपुस्तकें समय पर पहुँच गई हैं , इससे बच्चों की पढ़ाई पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ेगा। उन्होंने वर्ष 2015 की तुलना में वर्ष 2024 में बोर्ड परीक्षाओं के आए परिणाम पर संतुष्टि जताते हुए कहा कि पास प्रतिशतता तीन गुणा तक बढ़ी है।
उन्होंने विभाग द्वारा चलाई जा रही सुपर -100 ,बुनियाद , कला उत्सव जैसी अन्य विद्यार्थी केंद्रित कई योजनाओं की विस्तार से समीक्षा की और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। शिक्षा मंत्री को बताया गया कि प्रदेश के कई पीएमश्री स्कूलों में टूरिज्म जैसे व्यावसायिक कोर्स के पाठ्यक्रम शुरू किये गए हैं जिससे भविष्य में रोजगार के उभरते अवसरों का राज्य के युवा लाभ उठा सकेंगे।
जुलाई में हर घर में पौधारोपण के लिए दस्तक देंगे विद्यार्थी
प्रदेश के सरकारी स्कूलों के विद्यार्थी जुलाई माह में अपने -अपने क्षेत्र के हर घर में दस्तक देंगे और नागरिकों को बारिश के मौसम में पौधारोपण करने के लिए आह्वान करेंगे। विद्यार्थी दरवाजा खटखटा कर घर के लोगों से पूछेंगे कि क्या आपने अपने हिस्से का पौधा लगा दिया है , क्योंकि पेड़ -पौधे लोगों को ऑक्सीजन के अलावा फ़ल -फूल और अन्य खाद्य वस्तुएं भी उपलब्ध करवाते हैं।
हर जिला का अलग से होगा नोडल अधिकारी
शिक्षा मंत्री श्रीमती सीमा त्रिखा ने विद्यार्थियों की छात्रवृति , महिला अध्यापकों की चाइल्ड केयर लीव , एसीपी , वरिष्ठता सूची समेत अन्य कार्यों के शीघ्र निपटान के लिए टाइम -बाउंड निर्धारित करने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि प्रत्येक जिला के लिए अलग से नोडल अधिकारी लगाया जाए ताकि हर कार्य तत्परता से पूर्ण हो सके। इससे शैक्षणिक निष्पादन में भी बढ़ोतरी होगी। प्रत्येक स्कूल को भी सूचना दी जाए कि उनके जिला का नोडल अधिकारी कौन लगाया गया है।
अध्यापक यूनियन की मांगों को भी पूरा करेंगे
उन्होंने शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों को बैठक में निर्देश दिए कि विभिन्न अध्यापक यूनियनों की जो मांगें केवल फाइलों में अटकी पड़ी हैं , उनको जल्द से जल्द फाइनल किया जाए और अन्य जायज़ मांगों का अध्ययन करके अंतिम रूप दिया जाए। उन्होंने मौके पर उपस्थित अधिकारियों से भी उनकी समस्याओं बारे पूछा और कहा कि वे प्रदेश में शिक्षा की बेहतरी के लिए दृढ़ संकल्प हैं , कोई भी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी उनसे बेझिझक मिल सकता है।
