Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, on Wednesday, campaigned for Malvinder Singh Kang in Sri Anandpur Sahib. First, the CM addressed a public rally in Morinda where he lambasted the opposition leaders and recounted his works of the two years.
After the rally, CM Bhagwant Mann, along with the AAP candidate Malvinder Singh Kang, led massive road shows in Nangal, Banga and Balachaur. Mann urged the people to support the AAP candidate and send him to the parliament as their representative.
Addressing the people at Nangal, CM Mann said that surveys are here, the people of Punjab have decided, the Aam Aadmi Party is winning by 13-0 in Punjab. He appealed to the people to make Malvinder Kang victorious by the record vote margin.
He said send Malvinder Kang to the parliament, then everything will be our responsibility, together we will work for Sri Anandpur Sahib. Mann promised that they will make Sri Anandpur Sahib a model tourism place. In Banga, Mann appealed to the people to defeat the looters of Punjab and elect the AAP candidate.
He said that after June 1st, the responsibility of the people will be fulfilled and his (Mann's) work will start. He said that the opposition leaders are asking for votes for their selfish motives, I'm asking for votes for you and your children.
Mann said, I did more than 100 rallies in just 20-25 days, and one thing that is common is the support and enthusiasm of the people in every lok sabha seat. Mann said that his next step will be to fulfill the guarantee of Rs 1000 per month to women and now he has decided to give Rs 1100 instead.
He said that it is the money of the people and it will be spent on the people. Mann asked the people to brave the heat on June 1st and said that their vote will decide the future of your children.In Balachaur, addressing a huge gathering of the people, Mann said that h is grateful for the love and support of the people.
He said that the temperature is 45°, other politicians don't even come out of their houses, the people aren't even ready to listen to them for money. Mann said that he does 5-7 roadshows and rallies daily.
CM said that AAP has seven members in the Rajya Sabha from Punjab and soon 13 Lok Sabha MPs will be there too to protect the rights of Punjab in the parliament and get your funds released from the central government.
He said that the button of 'jharoo' will be on the 4th on the polling day but make sure on the result day it comes on the top. Mann said that after June 4th, the responsibility of the people will be finished and then everything will be the responsibility of Mann and Kang. He added in three years of the AAP government in Punjab, he will turn Punjab into 'sone di chiri'.
Mann said that he alone is fighting against the centre and governor, give me 13 more arms, strengthen us and we will raise your voice in the Lok Sabha. Mann said that the BJP is forming a government at the centre, the INDIA alliance will form the government and the AAP will be an ally in that. Mann also took a dig at the Shiromani Akali Dal and Sukhbir Singh Badal during his road show.
