Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday campaigned for Patiala's AAP candidate Dr Balbir Singh in Patran. Mann addressed a huge public rally and urged the people to make it 13-0 and promised that in the next three years he'll make Punjab 'sone di chiri' again.
In his speech Mann launched an attack against the BJP, Captain, Sukhbir Badal and the Congress. Mann also talked about the problems and demands of the people of Patran. After his rally in Patran, CM Mann took out a road show with Nabha MLA Dev Maan and asked for votes for Dr Balbir.

Mann said that Dr Balbir Singh is your candidate from Patiala Lok Sabha and he is also the Health Minister of Punjab. He has experience of working and experience of getting work done from officers and experience of speaking for the people to raise their issues.

Addressing the people of Patran Mann said that he is aware of the problems and demands of the people here. He said that he is following the hospital issue of this area closely that people have either go to Rajindra or PGI for their treatment.
He said that a new PGI hospital has opened in Sangrur and orders have been issued in the Primary Health Centres of the tehsil to bring X-ray machines, MRI, Ultrasound and the doctors have also been told not to prescribe any medicine from outside and all medicines should be available inside the hospital and if any medicine has to be prescribed from outside then the doctor himself will go out, the patient will not go out to buy medicines.
Mann also addressed the issue of Mandi being in the middle of the Patran town and said that it is the problem of many towns and cities. Mandi in the middle causes traffic and overcrowding. He said that the government will arrange for land outside the town so that the farmers will not face any problem.
We are giving scholarships to young and budding players and athletes: Bhagwant Mann
Mann said that we are giving scholarships to young and budding players and athletes of Punjab. I told the Sports Department that we give money after our players win medals but first make them capable of winning and we are giving 8-10 lakh rupees to all players for their preparation and training. If the intention is good then everything is possible.
Arhtiyas are the backbone of the economy, they are as important as farmers, labourers and industrialists: Mann
Mann said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi calls the commission agents (Arhtiyas) of Punjab middlemen. But we consider you the backbone of our economy. We have great respect for you. Just as farmers and laborers are important for the development of the country, traders, businessmen, commission agents and industrialists are also important.
The economy of Punjab and the financial situation of farmers is greatly dependent on the Arhtiyas. Mann said that BJP wants to sow seeds of hatred in Punjab and wants you to fight against each other.
Mann thanked the people for their love and constant support, attacked Sukhbir Badal
Mann thanked the people of Patran for coming out of their houses in this scorching heat and said that he is grateful for this love and constant support. He said that the people don't come out to listen to people like Sukhbir Badal.
Mann also railed at Sukhbir Badal and said that he comes out of his palaces after asking the temperature. He gets out for an hour in 30°C to save Punjab. Mann said that his road show is full of people at this hour too, he can never repay the debt of this love. And on the other hand people don't come out to listen to Sukhbir Badal even in daytime.
CM Mann lambasted Congress, BJP and Captain in Patiala
Mann took a dig at Congress's condition in Punjab and said that they don't know who they are fighting for or who they are fighting against. Mann said that Captain and his family never stood by the people, during the Mughal Empire they were with Mughals.
In British rule they were with Britishers, during Akali rule they were Akali, in Congress government he was Congressman and now he's with the BJP. Mann said that the people did not come out to listen to Narendra Modi, so the BJP leadership of Patiala brought paid people in the rally. They promised Rs 400 daily wage to them but later refused to pay.

CM Mann said that household electricity is free in Punjab. 90% of the households in Punjab get zero electricity bills. Farmers are also getting sufficient electricity in the daytime for the paddy season. Mann said that his government bought a private thermal power plant and named it after Guru Amardas ji.
Earlier during the paddy season, the common news used to be - Punjab only has coal for one or two days. He said that now thermal plants in Punjab have 22-28 days of coal stock. He said that everything is possible with an honest government.
Mann said that before the AAP government only 21% of fields were getting canal water. Now more than 60% of the fields are getting canal water, his aim is that every field in Punjab should get canal water for irrigation. That way 5-6 lakh tubewells will be out of need in Punjab.
Mann said that their government will save 6000-7000 crore rupees from the electricity subsidy. He added that with that money he will fulfill the guarantee of Rs 1000 per month to women. Mann said that they only need 5500 crores for that, since we are saving more, the people of Punjab will get more.
Making a big announcement, Mann said that instead of Rs 1000 per month, mothers and sisters of Punjab will get Rs 1100 per month. Mann urged the people to make it 13-0 on June 4th and promised that in the next three years he will make Punjab 'sone di chiri' again.
We stopped corruption, now common people are getting facilities with the public money, in two years I never said that 'Khazana Khali hai': CM Mann
Mann said that in two years I never said that the treasury is empty and the previous ministers never used to say that the treasury has any money for the common people. I gave 43,000 government jobs, your children are becoming Patwari, SDO, judges and inspector.
The poverty of your houses can be removed not by any government but only by your sons and daughters. You educated children will become officers and eradicate poverty from your houses. Mann said that their government has put a stop to corruption. Registries are being done without money and if any tehsildar asks for money we take action against them.
We will fight for you in the parliament, then you won't have to fight for your rights on the roads: Dr Balbir Singh
Addressing the rally AAP candidate De Balbir Singh said that we will fight for you in parliament, then you won't have to fight for your rights on the roads. Dr Balbir said that the BJP has stopped Punjab's funds. They stopped the Rural Development Fund and Health Mission Fund of Punjab.
I was given the responsibility as a representative of Patiala 2 and the health minister of Punjab, I fulfilled those responsibilities. Now give me the responsibility to bring the funds of Punjab. He added that it is highly unfortunate that the Home Minister of India Amit Shah said in Ludhiana that on June 4th he will depose the Mann government which is elected by the three crore people of Punjab. Dr Balbir Singh urged the people to defeat the dictatorial BJP.

CM Bhagwant Mann also led a road show in Nabha with the MLA Dev Maan and appealed to the people to vote for Dr Balbir Singh and make him winner from Patiala Lok Sabha seat. Mann said that the other parties are even unable to find paid people for their road shows and rallies. People don't even hear them for money. On the other hand I'm blessed to have your love and support, I cannot repay the debt of your love, said Mann.
