Patiala , 24 May 2024

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appearance at the Fateh rally in Patiala on Thursday has strongly signaled the imminent victory of Preneet Kaur from the Patiala Lok Sabha seat. Punjab BJP's Mahila Morcha chief, Biba Jaiinder Kaur, and BJP's district urban chief, Sanjeev Sharma Bittu, jointly remarked on the overwhelming enthusiasm shown by the rally's massive turnout, reflecting the excitement for Prime Minister Modi's visit.

Sanjeev Sharma hailed the Fateh Rally as the cornerstone for a prosperous future for Patiala and Punjab. He expressed that it was an honor and a privilege for Patiala residents to witness Maharani Preneet Kaur's swift march towards victory. Following the rally, BJP workers began celebrating what they see as an inevitable win.

Despite the scorching 44-degree heat, the large crowd of BJP supporters at the Fateh rally demonstrated the public’s growing faith in BJP’s promises. Preneet Kaur emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment to developing Punjab, including Patiala, resonated with the people, who now believe in tangible results over empty promises.

Biba Jai Inder Kaur said that, PM Modi ji’s appeal to vote for BJP candidate Preneet Kaur as a vote for his vision further galvanized the supporters. She further stated that after Modi's impactful visit, the upcoming elections now feel like a mere formality.

She noted that not only have other political candidates and their workers been unsettled, but the significant presence of women at the rally indicates a stronger female support base for BJP compared to men. Biba Jaiinder Kaur highlighted Modi’s dedication to women empowerment, pointing to the direct benefits women have received from national and state-level schemes.

She announced Modi's ambitious goal to create one lakh Lakhpati Didis in Patiala, underscoring his commitment to uplifting women economically. Additionally, Modi promised to elevate Patiala’s stature in sports and education, reinforcing his reputation for delivering on his promises.
