Rayat Bahra University, in collaboration with California Miramar University, USA, hosted an international seminar on "Leveraging AI Learning" here on Wednesday. The seminar aimed to provide insights into the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in various fields, especially for students of Computer Science, Electronics, Management & Computer Application pursuing B. Tech, M. Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, and MBA programs.
Dr Chitpasong (Chip) Vazquez, President and CAO of California Miramar University, who was the keynote speaker, with his expertise in AI and educational leadership brought valuable perspectives to the attendees. The seminar provided an excellent platform for students to engage directly with Dr Chitpasong Vazquez and other distinguished guests.
Through interactive sessions and discussions, attendees gained deeper insights into the practical applications and future implications of AI in their respective fields of study. Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chancellor of RBU, said the seminar underscored the commitment of Rayat Bahra University and California Miramar University to fostering international collaboration and providing students with opportunities to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.

ਰਿਆਤ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਮੀਰਾਮਾਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਯੂਐਸਏ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ‘ਲੀਵਰੇਜਿੰਗ ਏ ਆਈ ਲਰਨਿੰਗ’ ’ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਦੀ ਮੇਜ਼ਬਾਨੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਸਾਇੰਸ, ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰੋਨਿਕਸ, ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੀ.ਟੈਕ, ਐਮ.ਟੈਕ, ਬੀ.ਸੀ.ਏ., ਐਮ.ਸੀ.ਏ., ਬੀਬੀਏ, ਅਤੇ ਐੱਮਬੀਏ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਆਰਟੀਫਿਸ਼ੀਅਲ ਇੰਟੈਲੀਜੈਂਸ ਦੀ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਮੀਰਾਮਾਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਜ਼ੀਡੈਂਟ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਏਓ ਡਾ: ਚਿਟਪਾਸੋਂਗ (ਚਿਪ) ਵਾਜ਼ਕੁਏਜ਼, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਸਨ, ਨੇ ਏ ਆਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨਾਲ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਇਸ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਾ ਚਿਟਪਾਸੋਂਗ ਵਾਜ਼ਕੁਏਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਜੁੜਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਧੀਆ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਇੰਟਰਐਕਟਿਵ ਸੈਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਵਟਾਂਦਰੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ, ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਹਾਰਕ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਏ ਆਈ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਸਮਝ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਰਿਆਤ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਗੁਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਨੇ ਰਿਆਤ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਮੀਰਾਮਾਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਹਰੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਰੇਖਾਂਕਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਵਾਈਸ-ਚਾਂਸਲਰ ਡਾ: ਪਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਏਆਈ ਕੋਲ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਵੀਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰਥਕ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਏਆਈ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਔਰਾ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਦੀਪਕ, ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਅਫੇਅਰ ਹੈਡ ਗੁਰਮੁੱਖ ਰਾਣਾ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
ਡਾ: ਦਿਨੇਸ਼ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਰਜਿਸਟਰਾਰ, ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਨੇ ਰਿਆਤ ਬਾਹਰਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਮੀਰਾਮਾਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਹਰੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਮੀਰਾਮਾਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਸੈਨ ਡਿਏਗੋ, ਯੂਐਸਏ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ, ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਵੀਨਤਾਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ, ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਵਰਗੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤਿ-ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਖੋਜਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
