The Shiromani Akali Dal announces the commencement of the 'Punjab Bachao Yatra' from Attari constituency on the India-Pak border starting on February 1st. Prior to the yatra, party president Sukhbir Singh Badal, along with senior leadership, will seek blessings at "Sri Akal Takht Sahib".

Following a successful meeting of senior Akali leadership in Khadoor Sahib, the 'Punjab Bachao Yatra' is set to receive a warm welcome upon its arrival at the Legislative Assembly Constituency on February 7th. The united efforts of Akali leaders have ensured the mobilization and success of this important journey under the leadership of Sukhbir Singh Badal.

The purpose of the 'Punjab Bachao Yatra' is to expose the Congress party and AAP, and present a comprehensive report card on the development of Punjab during the SAD governments. The yatra aims to highlight the dissatisfaction among every section of society with the current government, including farmers who have not received compensation for damaged crops and the reduction in social welfare schemes for the poor. Additionally, the yatra will address issues of law and order, illegal mining by AAP MLAs and ministers, and the growing gangster culture.

A meeting of senior Akali workers will be held on January 28th at 10:30 am to finalize the plans for the 'Punjab Bachao Yatra' and ensure its success. The commitment of the entire Akali leadership to rise above differences and work together for the betterment of Punjab has been instrumental in mobilizing the party members and making this yatra a success.

In attendance at the meeting were esteemed Akali leaders, including Jathedar Alwinderpal Singh Pakhoke, Ravinder Singh Brahmpura, Gursewak Singh Sheikh, Bakshish Singh Dial, Ramandeep Singh Bharowal, Gurinder Singh Tony, Satnam Singh Chohla Sahib, Dalbir Singh Jahangeer, Gurbachan Singh Karmowala, Amrik Singh Pakhoke, Gyan Singh Shahbazpur, Kulwinder Singh Gorkha, and youth leader Yadwinder Singh Manochahal.
