The District Administration Anantnag in collaboration with Government Degree College (GDC) Kokernag today hosted the 'Viksit Bharat@2047 Voice of Youth' program, marking the inception of a transformative era focused on holistic development and progress.

This collaborative initiative united students, faculty, and experts in a shared commitment to contribute to the visionary 'Viksit Bharat 2047' plan by the Government of India, aiming to shape the nation into a developed entity by its 100th independence anniversary.Prof. Imtiyaz Ahmad Lone set an inspiring tone for the event with a keynote address that resonated with the audience, instilling a sense of purpose and commitment.

The primary objective of the program was to foster growth and awareness among the students of GDC Kokernag, emphasizing the pivotal role of education in contributing to the development of Bharat. A meticulously planned approach was executed, including strategic planning, outlining the purpose and goals, appointing a dedicated team, and launching a social media campaign to maximize engagement.

The program witnessed active participation from nearly 50 individuals, including faculty members and students, who engaged in discussions and activities.The program encouraged students to actively share their ideas on the vision of Viksit Bharat, aligning with the main objectives of the initiative. Interactive sessions facilitated a dynamic exchange of thoughts and perspectives.

Dr. Mehraj Ahmad Bhat contributed valuable insights as a distinguished speaker, enriching the program with expertise and knowledge.Professor Nisar Ahmad Kumar led a comprehensive video presentation, providing students with a guide on effectively submitting their opinions. This multimedia approach ensured clarity and accessibility.

Students expressed their opinions, marking the success of the program in fostering empowerment and knowledge-sharing.A lively question-and-answer session followed, concluding with a Vote of Thanks presented by Prof. Nisar Ahmad Kumar.

In conclusion, the 'Viksit Bharat@2047 Voice of Youth' program at GDC Kokernag emerged as a resounding success, bringing together the youth to actively contribute towards the vision of a developed India by 2047. The collaborative efforts underscored the commitment of the institution and its participants to the overarching goals of national progress and development.
