Finally the moment has come for which everyone was eagerly waiting, yes you guessed that right, the most awaited trailer of OMG 2 which has been making headlines by making fans anticipate for it for longer with excitement has finally been released giving you a slight dig into the film while leaving you stunned with a sense of wanting more.
Taking to his official Instagram handle, Akshay Kumar shared the highly anticipated trailer of OMG 2 which has come out with a very intriguing and suspenseful plot and holds the potential to surely leave you sitting on the edge of your seats thinking about what will exactly happen in the film. While unveiling the trailer on Instagram, Akshay Kumar wrote, “शुरू करो स्वागत की तैयारी… ११ अगस्त को आ रहे हैं डमरूधारी #OMG2Trailer out now. Watch #OMG2 in theatres on August 11.”
Speaking about the trailer, it opens up with the shadow visuals and voice of Lord Shiva who orders Nandi to send one his messenger to save his devotee and help him overcome the obstacles that are going to appear in his life. The camera then rolls down to a courtroom with Pankaj Tripathi’s character Kannti who is the applicant and defendant of his own case that he files on his son’s school who suspends him for a video going viral. Yami Gautam fights the case against Pankaj Tripathi and as he prays for his son struggling to deal with the situation, Akshay Kumar as messenger appears to help Pankaj Tripathi showing him the right path to fight the case to seek justice.
The trailer directs that Akshay Kumar is not playing the role of Lord Shiva now instead he will be shown as the messenger has left everybody in suspense making everyone think about the video and case for which Kanti is fighting. It has glued the audiences and has captivated their attention with its interesting plot.

For the unversed, the film’s release was previously put on hold and was suggested major cuts and was provided Adult only certification. After much hustle, the film is now going to release on 11 August 2023 with no cuts but only modifications so as to avoid some controversies. The film has still been granted A Certification but the trailer has been granted U/A Certification. Due to all this Akshay Kumar and the makers are still left to perform any promotional activities for the film but this trailer has done their job much easier and created buzz by increasing the hype of the film.
The film stars Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in lead roles. It will clash with Gadar 2 on 11 August 2023 and both of the film's trailers have been released and now we have to see which film will create its magic on the big screens with its release on 11 August 2023.
