The Jiah Khan suicide case which was pending for over a decade after her death on 3 June 2013, everyone wanted the case to be resolved soon. As announced on 20 April after listening to the final arguments, today the final verdict was to be pronounced by the special judge AS Sayyed. The final decision has come out and Sooraj Pancholi has been found not guilty.
Yes, you that right, the decision on the Jiah Khan suicide case has finally come out after 10 years and the Sooraj Pancholi who was accused of abetment of suicide by Jiah's mother has been found not guilty and has been given a clean chit due to the lack of evidence in the case as per the final verdict pronounced today on Friday.

Sooraj Pancholi reached the court with her mother and their videos are going rounds on the internet since morning. The verdict was first said to be pronounced at 10:30 am but then got delayed due to some last minute submission documents by Rabia. The time was then pushed to 12:30 pm.
Both sides were praying for justice to be served on their side after all the arguments. At the end, the judge AS Sayyed asked Sooraj to come forward after which he announced that Sooraj has been exempted due to lack of evidence. On the other side, Jiah’s mother Rabia Khan was also informed of her right to appeal against the order.
