Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut known to be outspoken and giving bold statements on any trending issue. She has always given her opinion and targeted Bollywood mafia. She recently spoke for Priyanka Chopra who opened up in a podcast interview in which she revealed about the politics in Bollywood and how she was cornered and had beef with the people in industry. Now she has reacted to AR Rahman’s old remark surfacing on the internet in which he talked about the ‘Gang’ in Bollywood working against him.
Back in 2020, AR Rahman was asked in an interview with Radio Mirchi that why he is doing more Tamil films and stopped doing Bollywood films, he replied, "I don’t say no to good movies, but I think there is a gang, which, due to misunderstandings, is spreading some false rumours. When Mukesh Chhabra came to me, I gave him four songs in two days. He told me, 'Sir, how many people said don’t go, don’t go to him and they told me stories after stories.' I heard that, and I realised, yeah okay, now I understand why I am doing less and why the good movies are not coming to me. I am doing dark movies, because there is a whole gang working against me, without them knowing that they are doing harm.”
This statement of AR Rahman is doing rounds on the internet after Priyanka’s statement. Kangana Ranaut took a dig and reacted on this through a tweet read as, "Bolly kids grow up being obsessed with talent, their parents applaude their every word /move and they too start to believe that lie, until a really gifted person shows up, smacking them right in their faces and raising the bar high it challenges everything they ever believed."
"To be true, and they succumb to what all undeserving, immature, entitled people succumb to in such a situation ( jealousy)They “ GANG UP” bully and harass even kill those who they see as gifted, Amadeus is a film about this, my most favourite film," later she added.
