District Development Commissioner Poonch, Inder Jeet today visited Shiv Khori Temple to review the arrangement of Maha Shivratri to be held on Feb 18, 2023.
The District Development Commissioner was accompanied by CMO, Dr. Anees; Chief Executive Officer Municipality, Varinderpal Singh; besides executive engineers of different departments and concerned officers were present.
On the occasion, the arrangements including water supply, power supply, Sanitation, Security, roads, security arrangement, Medicare facilities etc were reviewed.
The DDC said that the District Administration will make requisite arrangements for the smooth celebration of Maha Shivratri. DDC directed the Executive Engineers to ensure regular water and power supply to the Shiv Khori and also ensure sanitation and repair of the local road before the festival.
The committee members thanked the Deputy Commissioner and his team for coming to the Shiv-khori temple and reviewing the arrangements for festivals.
Among other President Shiv Khori Mandir, Lokesh Anand, Nishu Gupta, Nitin Puri, Chairman Shiv Khori Mandir Surjeet Singh and prominent citizens were present on the occasion.
