While appreciating the efforts of Blessings Almighty NGO in providing selfless service to the needy patients in Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC), Shimla, Chief Minister directed the concerned authorities to restore electricity and water connections to the langer place at the earliest to facilitate the poor and needy patients.
