75th Nirankari Sant Samagam Concludes With A Message Of Peace, Harmony And Love

“Let peace, love prevail and adorn humanity by becoming messenger peace and love first” motivated the mammoth turnout of the devotees present at the 75th Nirankari Sant Samagam on its concluding day, yesterday.

This was Samagam was held in a physical format after a gap of two years for which devotees were eagerly waiting which was evident by their enthusiasm.  So overwhelming was the response that the venue appeared as a sea of humanity loaded with values of faith, devotion and love.

Elaborating on Her message she stressed that peace and love can only prevail if we become the same. She further cautioned against allowing feelings of hatred, jealousy, grudge to take birth in our minds and rather be self-introspective and fill it with tolerance, humbleness, amity for one and all.

Referring to the Shantidoot award conferred to Satguru Mata Ji by the Gandhi Global Family Her Holiness dedicated it to the devotees of the Mission who in divine light of God Knowledge rose above man-made differences and through their actions worked for humanity as a whole and for welfare of others. 

Thus, presenting the image of the Mission as one working for peace and oneness universally.Earlier, Shri Joginder Sukhija Ji, coordinator of the Samagam Committee and Secretary of the Sant Nirankari Mandal expressed gratitude to Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj and Nirankari Rajpita Ramit Ji for blessing us with a successful Samagam.

He also thanked all those in various departments of the local administration and in the Government for their assistance in making the Samagam a grand assemblage.With the help of a Documentary, the glorious 75 years of the Samagam were showcased. 

The documentary was split in 3 parts covering 25 years each and presented the growth of the Samagam highlighting the efforts of all the saints, from day-1, which provided stimulus to those viewing to carry on the baton of good work for the benefit of Humanity. 

With the selfless services of 1,50,000 Sewadal volunteers, who came in from various parts of the country to render their services to make this venue viable to host this mega event.

On the health front, to take care of devotees, 5 allopathic, 4 homeopathic dispensaries and 14 primary health centres were set up. In addition a Chiropractic camp, 4 acupressure/physiotherapy camp were set up. 12 ambulances of the Mandal and 20 of the Haryana Govt. were made available.

Haryana Govt. made 50 check points as part of the security arrangements. Sewadal volunteers were pressed into units taking control of the traffic ensuring smooth conduction. Regarding transport, the administration and the railways assisted in providing necessary facilities at Anand vihar, Hazrat Nizamuddin and Delhi railway stations. 

In addition, stoppage of many trains at a nearby station Bhodwal Majri was initiated.Effective measures were taken to provide Langar (community kitchen) to all those attending the Samagam. In addition 22 canteens, spreading across the grounds to enable devotees with time and again refreshments.

To make the Samagam, environment friendly, exclusive care was taken to maintain cleanliness with regular cleaning of the amenities provided. Also care was taken to provide Langar in steel plates, tea in steel cups thus avoiding use of plastic items.
