Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar, who has made headlines for the film Jogi with Diljit Dosanjh, has not only won the hearts of Bollywood fans but Punjabi audiences too. Director Zafar, who directed Ranveer Singh’s film Gunday under the banner of Yash Raj Films, is busy preparing for his upcoming project these days. Now the director has revealed one of his special projects, which could happen with actor Ranveer Singh, and it is going to be a banging film.
Recently, in an interview with one of the renowned news portals, Ali insists that he keeps jumping off several ideas with Ranveer. He said that he wants to do an out-and-out action film with Ranveer in a very cool and young space. Also, he wants to do a contemporary action film, similar to the genre that’s being made across the globe.

While talking about Ranveer’s personality, Zafar said that his body and qualities are apt for an action star. He has done a lot of action in his career, but the director wants to explore him in a contemporary space backed by a very strong character and performance. Ali ended the note by saying that “Even action films need a story and a strong performer.”
So, fans might soon witness the Bollywood duo. It will be a treat for fans to watch Ranveer Singh in a new action avatar, and that too, in Ali Abbas Zafar’s film.
