Moreover, the song has been posted by the musician Salim Merchant. The song is scheduled to be released on September 2, but Punjabi artists Bunty Bains and Gold Media revealed that the song has been released unauthentically.

The news has been informed by IANS, which reads, “A court in #Punjab restrained the release of the song “Jaandi Vaar” of late Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as #SidhuMoosewala, along with a direction for taking down all promotional content and advertisements with respect to the song on all media platforms.”
After seeing Salim Merchant’s video of postponing the song, Bunty Bains took to his social media and shared a long note in the series of his Instagram stories. He had been seen fuming over Salim, as after multiple requests and calls, Salim had not listened to them. Bains wrote, ‘You and Suleman had even told us upfront that you will go ahead with the release despite us requesting and told us over the call that “court mei chale jao, vahan milte hain” and hence the family was constrained and forced to initiate current legal proceedings to safeguard his legacy and interest.’
He further felt grateful to the fans of Sidhu Moosewala who have always stood by him and now his family. He then clarified more details about the song, Jaandi Vaar. He revealed that Sidhu had written, composed, and sung the song just like he always does for other songs. On another point, he wrote that he had recorded the song, not for a business transaction with Merchant Records. Also, no discussion, documents, or exchange of money ever happened with the intent to sell this song to Salim or Merchant Records.
And further, the story continues about the equity and shares that Salim, and his company have been selling under the name Sidhu’s Song. Take a look at the stories of Bunt Bains.
