Vidhan Sabha Speaker B B L Butail called on Union I T Minister  Kapil Sibal at New Delhi today.  Butail said that Central Government had released the complete amount of Rs 8.61crore for e Vidhan Sabha Project in the State. He said that complete  constituency management  for members would be  developed under the project under which  members would be able to monitor  current status of  the activities  happening  in their constituencies from any where on their own convenient time.Vidhan Sabha Speaker said that the project would automatize the total process involved in working of Legislative Assembly and its Secretariat including the working of various Committees and Members of the Assembly by providing highest emphasis on integration of all Government Departments for physical and financial monitoring of schemes and programmes approved by Vidhan Sabha  under e Vidhan Sabha Project.
