Haryana Home and Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij today taking immediate cognizance of the matter regarding complaint of adulterated and spurious desi ghee, paneer and milk in Kangthali village of kaithal, directed the FDA department to take action.A person who came from Kaithal on Sunday morning complained about making adulterated and spurious desi ghee, paneer and milk in Kangthali village of kaithal.  

Within a few hours of the directions of the Home Minister, the departmental team raided Kangthali, took samples of desi ghee, paneer and other food items and seized 240 kg of desi ghee.It is worth mentioning that Home Minister Anil Vij also holds the charge of Food and Drug Administration Department.  Actually, on Sunday, Home Minister Anil Vij was redressing the grievances of people at his residence in Ambala. 

While giving his complaint a person, told Home Minister Anil Vij that Kangthali is being supplied by making adulterated desi ghee, cheese and other items.  Home Minister directed the officers of FDA department to take action, on which ND Sharma and other staff raided in Kangthali in the afternoon under the leadership of Dr. Rajiv, Food Safety Officer of Kaithal.  The team found a large quantity of desi ghee, paneer, powdered milk and other items here.  

*Directions to arrest the accused for not arresting the accused in Palwal's father's murder case*

At the same time, redressing the grievances of ​​the people, a armyman, who came from Palwal district, while giving a complaint to Home Minister Anil Vij, told that his father was murdered in the month of November last year and the police have not arrested the accused yet.  

Taking immediate cognizance of the complaint of the soldier, Home Minister Vij expressed his displeasure with SP Palwal for not arresting the accused.He said that 'the soldiers are stationed in our defense on the inaccessible borders and it is our responsibility to protect their families, whether the soldier will fight with the enemy or with the miscreants'.  

He directed the SP Palwal to send the investigation report of the case immediately and report the reasons behind the delay in the arrest of the accused.  He also directed to arrest the accused.

*Murder of the student case, the Home Minister directed to constituted SIT for investigation*

 In the case of the death of a student preparing for NDA, the residents of Defense Colony, Ambala, while giving a complaint to the Home Minister, told that the body of their son was found near the fields, quite inside the main road in Charkhi Dadri and the son's body was injured.  

There were many wound marks.  He alleged that the police was treating the incident as a road accident and not a murder.  Home Minister directed SP Charkhi Dadri to constitute an SIT in this matter and investigate the matter.

*Cheating in the name of getting loan from retired soldier of BSF, complaint to Home Minister*

Before the Home Minister, a retired soldier from BSF gave a complaint about the cheating case.  He alleged in the complaint that in Jhajjar, a game of cheating is going on in the name of getting loan and in this case he had given a complaint to Jhajjar police in the past, but no action was taken.  

Home Minister directed SP Jhajjar to take action in the matter.  Similarly, a person resident of Kurukshetra complained that a false case was registered against him, on which the minister directed SP Karnal to constitute an SIT in the matter.

Instructions to the SP Yamunanagar on the complaint of the complainant for not taking action in the case of assault and murder in Yamunanagar, instructions to arrest the accused on the complaint of non-action in the fraud case registered against the sarpanch in Bilaspur police station.  Apart from this, many other problems were heard by Home Minister Anil Vij and directions were given to the concerned officials for action.
