Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, starring and directed by R Madhavan, has received a lot of positive responses, and fans can't wait to see it in theatres. It has been noted that Shah Rukh Khan will also appear in the film in a cameo role. And during the promotion of the film, R Madhavan remembered an instance in which SRK invited him to be a part of Rocketry: The Nambi Effect at a recent function. Madhavan said that Shah Rukh had expressed his wish to appear in the film during one of his birthday parties and also revealed that SRK did not charge anything for Rocketry.
Isn’t it amazing that such a huge actor doesn't charge for the film. At a press conference, R Madhavan shared, “Be it Suriya or (Shah Rukh) Khan sahab, none of them charged any fee for the film. They didn’t even charge anything for the caravans, costumes and assistants. Suriya flew out to shoot in Mumbai along with his crew on his own money. He didn’t even charge for the flights or for the dialogue writer who translated his lines in Tamil. There are a lot of good people in the film industry. But, I am from outside. People have helped me a lot. Just on my request Amit ji (Amitabh Bachchan) or Priyanka Chopra posted a tweet (to support the film). I am grateful for their love and respect towards me.”
Now, speaking of the film, The Nambi Effect is based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former scientist and aeronautical engineer of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) (Indian Space Research Organisation). He had been charged with espionage. R Madhavan, who also plays the title lead role, wrote, produced, and directed the film. The film 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect' will be released on July 1 in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
