While we have only seen an introductory video of Shamshera, along with a few behind-the-scenes looks of Ranbir so far, the first-look poster of Ranbir has been leaked online and it is going viral!
On their Instagram account, Ranbir Kapoor's fan page published the Shamshera poster. The poster has an orangish-yellow colour that complements the period drama aspect of the film. Ranbir seems very different in this photo than he normally does in his movies. He has a rugged appearance that may remind you of his role as Jordan in Imtiaz Ali's film Rockstar. It is said to be set in the 1800s and tells the narrative of a dacoit tribe fighting the British for their rights and independence. The film will be released in theatres on July 22, 2022.
