Hail to filmmaker Ayan Mukerji, for making our Saturday so special. Nagarjuna's first-look poster from the much-anticipated film Brahmastra has been released by the director. Nagarjuna will play artist Anish in the trilogy. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt play key roles in the film. The project also includes Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy. Returning to Nagarjuna's poster and the note that accompanied it.Ayan, in the caption, said, “Artist Anish and his Nandi Astra. When I grow up (finally), I would want to be like Nagarjuna Garu (Nag Sir, to me) - A gentleman with the warmest of hearts.”

He further added that Nagarjuna has entered the world of Brahmāstra and gave his fierce intensity to our movie; touched our entire crew with his kindness and generosity; and greatly added to our dream - of creating a truly pan-India movie experience with Brahmāstra! “His Nandi Astra, in my opinion, is one of the highlights of our movie! Ever since the teaser of its song Kesariya has been released, the film has been ruling headlines. The film has been a project in the making since 2014. It is written and directed by Ayan Mukerji. While the trailer of Brahmastra will be released on June 15, the film will hit theatres in five Indian languages - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada on September 9. The film is a collaborative production of Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus, and Starlight Pictures.
