If you will feel delighted then you must definitely know that Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan's legendary film, ‘Anand’ is going to be recreated by the grandson of the film's original producer. The film which was earlier produced by N.C. Sippy is now recreated by his grandson Sameer Raj Sippy and producer Vikram Khakhar as they are working on a remake.
Despite the fact that the screenplay is currently being developed, the film's producers have yet to choose a director. Moreover, Anand was a hit with audiences and ended up as 1971's third highest-earning picture. Now fans are eagerly waiting for its remake. The news has been shared by film critic Taran Adarsh on his official Twitter account. While sharing the old poster and producer's photo he wrote, “OFFICIAL REMAKE OF 'ANAND' ANNOUNCED... #Anand - one of the most iconic films starring #RajeshKhanna and #AmitabhBachchan, directed by #HrishikeshMukherjee - will be remade by the original producer - #NCSippy’s grandson #SameerRajSippy - along with producer #VikramKhakhar.”
