marriage of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, the Amar Akbar Anthony star was captured by paps and hit the headlines for her quirky statements. And one thing that always came up for her is about her daughter-in-law and for her, she has all nice things to say about her bahu.Now once again, she was asked the same question but in a different way and in a diverse perspective.
Neetu Kapoor, who will next be seen in Jug Jugg Jeeyo, was seen loosely promoting her film while speaking to paps. When asked about her on-screen bahu Kiara Advani, the veteran actress had the cutest answer. Kiara too responded to the same.Neetu Kapoor said, “Tu mere bahu ke peeche kyu pada hain yaar!” (Why are you after my daughter-in-law?) To this, the paparazzo replied, “Bahu achi lagti hain”, further adding, “Bhale wo Alia ji ho ya Kiara ji ho”. Neetu Kapoor smiled and walked for walk.
To this, Kiara also took to her Instagram and shared the video and wrote “Mine and everyone’s favourite Mom-inLaw @neetu54 aunty #jugjuggjeeyo (sic).” Take a look at her response.
Meanwhile, Speaking about Jug Jugg Jeeyo, it has been reported that the film is a tale of two couples from different generations, weaving around the issues post marriage. The premise beautifully combines the generation gap and puts out a unique point about love, but with ample humour. Though the key characters of both the films are two couples, the treatment and the story are in completely different spaces. Jug Jugg Jeeyo is more about families, and the bond of a married son with his father and mother played by Anil Kapoor and Neetu. Also, the upcoming film Jug Jugg Jeeyo will mark Kiara’s first collaboration with Varun Dhawan and the film is slated to release on June 24 this year.
