After the wedding, both Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor resumed their work and were spotted working on their upcoming projects. Recently, it has been reported that Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna have reached Manali, Himachal Pradesh to shoot for their upcoming film ‘Animal’.The upcoming film will mark Rashmika and Ranbir's first collaboration. And everyone is surely excited to watch their on-screen chemistry. Pictures of the duo from the shoot location have been doing rounds on the internet in which they can be seen posing with their fans. Speaking of the film, Titled 'Animal' will be touted as a crime drama. It will be directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga of 'Kabir Singh', 'Arjun Reddy' fame. Apart from Ranbir and Rashmika, the upcoming film also stars Parineeti Chopra, Bobby Deol, and Anil Kapoor. Moreover, Animal has been bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar's T-Series, Pranay Reddy Vanga's Bhadrakali Pictures, and Murad Khetani's Cine1 Studios. About Ranbir’s character, he is likely to play an intense and dark character in Animal. All these details were disclosed in the announcement video of the film which was out in 2021. The actor talked about his character’s tough relationship with his father, which ended in gunshots. The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on August 11, 2023.
