Aam Aadmi Party celebrates Punjab polls victory under the leadership of Vipan Nischal Senior Leader of AAP at Satwari Chowk with party leaders and volunteer while distributing sweets. AAP senior leader Vipan Nischal said that, People kept saying AAP is a good party, but its strength is limited to Delhi and it can never make a mark in a bigger state, now we have proven this wrong in Punjab, and we have also opened our account in Goa. We are hopeful of emulating this in Jammu and Kashmir too. No party in Punjab has registered such an emphatic win in the history of its polls. This was not a victory, it was a tsunami that swept away everyone, Said Vipin Nischal. He said the AAP's victory in Punjab shows that people have accepted the party as a national alternative and want to use the broom (AAP's election symbol) to clean politics.

The AAP will set up a strong organisation up to the village level in Jammu and Kashmir to ensure equal rights for all.People have recognised AAP as the real party with a difference. While common men and like-minded leaders from other parties are joining us in big numbers, voters will support us for the Kejriwal-model of governance that ensures affordable water and power supply, education and healthcare which is a direct return on taxes paid. The Aam Aadmi Party can provide a credible alternative in Jammu and Kashmir as it did in Punjab. The issues in J&K are similar to those in Punjab. Expensive electricity has been plaguing J&K as well. The Aam Aadmi Party provided solutions to the electricity-related problems in Delhi and Punjab and can do the same in J&K as well. Enthused by the Punjab election results, the AAP cadre in Jammu and Kashmir feels that it can provide a credible alternative to the people of J&K, said Vipan Nischal. Those who were present in the celebration are Rajesh Bali,  Darshan Kumar,  Mehar Singh,  Deepak Ji, Surinder Lakhotra and others
