Punjab Youth Development Board (PYDB) Chairman Sukhwinder Singh Bindra and the District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises (DBEE) today organised a youth interaction with the students of Khalsa College for Women, here.On this occasion, sports kits and tracksuits were also distributed to the students.While interacting with the students, PYDB Chairman Sukhwinder Singh Bindra said that sports play a very important for an individual and students should use their energy in sports so they can stay physically and mentally healthy.He said the state government, under the able leadership of Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi and Sports & Youth Welfare Minister Pargat Singh, was making all out efforts to promote sports amongst the Punjabi youth. 

He said that this was need of the hour to engage the youth in the sports which could help them to excel in their lives and asked them to become ambassadors of their respective areas.He said that Punjab Youth Development Board is fully committed for the betterment and development of the Youth of the State.He said the state government was leaving no stone unturned to ensure that Punjab emerges as a front runner state in the arena of sports under its Tandarust Punjab Mission.College principal Dr Mukti Gill, DBEE Deputy CEO Navdeep Singh and event coordinators Dr Priyanka Khanna and Dr Sukhpal Kaur were also present on the occasion.
