General G.S. Sangha, Chief of Staff, ARTRAC, Chief Secretary B.K. Agarwal, Director General of Police S.R. Mardi, Vice-Chancellor, freedom fighters, senior State Civil, Police and Military officers, prominent citizens of the town and ex-servicemen were also present on the occasion among others.
