National Conference Chief Farooq Abdullah has said that BJP ruled state for 5 years, promised resettlement to Kashmir Pandits back in their home state but they have not received even a single penny Modi Ji.While addressing election rally, Farooq Abdullah said "5 saal innohne hukumat ke. 5 saal hukumat mai inhone wada kiya tha ke hum pandito ko yaha basayange. usne sarkar ko appeal ke sir jo apne kaha hai ke tum ghar vapas aaoge toh hum basayenge. Usne sarkaar ko khat likha par aaj tak Modi ji usey ek paisa nahi mila. Tum sirf Kashmiri Pandito ke vote lene ke liye usme likte ho ke hum tumhe basayange. Modi ji kaunsa insaaf kar rahe ho? Yeh hua hai." (They ruled the state for 5 years. They had promised resettlement to Kashmir Pandits back in their home state. The Pandits even appealed to the government but to no avail. They have not received even a single penny Modi Ji. You just write all this to seek votes of the Kashmiri Pandits. Is this justice Modi Ji?) .Earlier, On Monday, Mehbooba Mufti took a jibe at BJP after a Public Interest Litigation was moved in Delhi High Court to sought direction to the Election Commission of India to ban Jammu and Kashmir politicians Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti from participating in the ensuing Lok Sabha Elections as their "statements are against the Indian constitution".Taking to Twitter she wrote "Why waste time in court. Wait for BJP to scrap Article 370. It will automatically debar us from fighting elections since Indian constitution won’t be applicable to J&K anymore". (PTK)
