Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president, Amit Shah on Wednesday promised to deport all the Rohingya Muslims if party is voted to power in the upcoming elections.Addressing a gathering today in Rajouri district of Jammu region, Shah said that Rohingyas are being intentionally boarded in Jammu with an intention to change the demography here, but it will identify all the Rohingyas and will deport them back if BJP is voted to power again.According to KNO correspondent, he further asked All India Congress Committee (AICC) president Rahul Gandhi to copme clear over the statements made by two National Conference (NC) leaders including former chief minister, Muhammad Akbar Lone and Omar Abdullah.Shah as per KNO correspondent said that one of the NC leader has raised pro-Pakistan slogans while as the other is making statement about separate Prime Minister for the State, saying Rahul Gandhi as being head of the party who have forged an alliance with NC should come clear over such statements. Rahul must answer whether he endorses the statement of NC leaders, Amit said.Omar had promised that his party will not allow any attacks on Jammu and Kashmir’s special status and will work to get back what was “infringed upon” including the coveted posts of ‘Sadr-e-Riyasat' (president) and prime minister for the state. The statement made by Omar responded by many of the political leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi.A day after making such a statement, Omar even after facing condemnations over his remarks reiterated his promise, saying PM Modi should go through the history of Jammu and Kashmir.(KNO)
