Continuing campaign in favour for Madan Lal Sharma contesting candidate for Jammu-Poonch parliamentary seat, former minister and senior Congress leader Manjit Singh today organised series of public meetings in the border village of his constituency.As per a press statement, Manjit Singh held meetings at village Chak Balotrain, Rajpur Jattan, Chang of Vijaypur, where he sought votes in support of Madan Lal Sharma.Speaking on the occasion, Singh said that there was no wave of Narindra Modi as being projected by the BJP across the country to attract voters."They have been befooling people of the country with fake projection of Modi as a sole man who has magic to make India a developed country," Manjit Singh, senior Congress leader alleged.He said that instead it was the Congress led UPA which did development and launched various schemes in the country during its regime.
