Rattan Group of Institutions organised Tree Plantation Drive dedicated to Save Environment

Rattan Group of Institutions Sector 78 organised a Tree Plantation Drive to sensitise the students about the tree plantation. At this moment, collage making & poster making competition was also organized in campus. Volunteers ensured healthy growth of the plants, which would beautify the surroundings as well as lead to a greener, more eco-friendly and pollution-free environment.While encouraging the students  for the social cause  ,Chairman RGI Sunder Lal Aggarwal  highlighted the vital role played by trees in every body’s life and encouraged them to plant at least one tree so as to build a greener future. He later, emphasised the importance of such events and the need to inculcate such values among the students. He further informed that it is high time to save the earth otherwise coming generation will have to face dire consequences. He further promoted the usage of paper bags and make city plastic free, which would not only  beautify the surroundings but also lead to a greener, more eco-friendly. Sangeeta Aggarwal member RGI, appealed students to nurse at least one tree each and look after it until it grows as this would help to ensure pollution free environment.
