Terming the Supreme Court decision over NEET as anti-Kashmir and political, Jammu Kashmir National Front chairman and Hurriyat leader, Nayeem Ahmad Khan Tuesday said that every Indian institution including its Supreme Court have time and again practically exhibited their bias towards Kashmiri people.Khan according to statement issued to KNS was addressing a party meeting convened to discuss the latest political situation. He said weakening the special status of Jammu Kashmir to dilute the long standing dispute has been the aim of every Indian institution. “Treating Jammu Kashmir at par with the other states of India does not fulfil the parameters of justice,” Nayeem Ahmad Khan said adding “the decision about NEET has hurt not only the majority sentiment of Jammu Kashmir people but it has violated the special status of the disputed territory.”
Terming establishing of Sainik colonies and separate zones for Pandits as part of a wicked plan of India, Nayeem Ahmad Khan cautioned Kashmiri people about the conspiracies against their special identity and the ongoing freedom struggle. He said that New Delhi and its local collaborators are busy implementing a policy so that the disputed nature of Jammu Kashmir is diluted. Nayeem Ahmad Khan said that the latest Supreme Court decision gives India a legal shield to implement its imperialistic agenda. Nayeem Ahmad Khan that conspiracies against Kashmiris are being hatched at the highest level and slowly and steadily the disputed nature of Jammu Kashmir is being diluted. “And the Indian judiciary like other institutions is providing every possible help to its political leadership,” Khan said.Khan said that Muslim majority state of Jammu Kashmir is a disputed region however India is trying everything to dilute its disputed nature by a number of means. “We cannot tolerate Indian laws in Jammu Kashmir nor we can tolerate any attempt to disturb its demography,” Nayeem Ahmad Khan said adding “we have sacrificed one lakh people to safeguard our particular identity and no one will be allowed even to touch it.” (KNS)
