Business Owners Association Sector-82 (Regd.), Mohali celebrated its 3rd Foundation Day at Mohali Golf Range, Phase-XI, Mohali.S. Kulwant Singh, Mayor, S.A.S. Nagar graced the occasion as a Chief Guest.Business Owners Association President S. Gurmukh Singh Girn, told that Janta Land Promoters Ltd, which is developing authority of Sector-82, was updated about the difficulties being faced by the members of association in sector-82.S. Kanwar Harbir Singh Dhindsa, presented the points one by one from the members perspective and Dr. S.S. Bhamra, Director JLPL answered them all and promised to solve any kind of difficulties at the earliest and that too in a proper manner. The association also expressed gratitude towards JLPL authorities for providing world-class infrastructure to sector-82 plot owners.
On this occasion, Sh. S.S. Mishra, Deputy General Manager, Canara Bank also presented the Bank schemes for Loans and other facilities for Small & Medium Enterprises amongst the members.Association Conferred upon an “Award of Appreciation” to S. Kulwant Singh, who is also Managing Director of JLPL as a “PIONEER INDUSTRIAL ESTATE DEVELOPER” in the field of Urban development & management.A presentation on 3 years of working of Business Owners Association Sector-82 was given by Vice-President S. Bipanjeet Singh.By the end of the program President thanked all the guests and put up the demand of Land for Association’s office in Sector-82 in front of S. Kulwant Singh, which was duly accepted by him and he termed it as need instead of demand of BOA. So he instructed his officials present at the occasion to earmark the land at the earliest for BOA-82 office.
