National Vice President Bharatiya Janta Party & MP Rajya Sabha Avinash Khanna today presented his book titled as "Human Rights- A Study and Recommendations" to S. Prakash Singh Badal Chief Minister Punjab.The former Member of Punjab State Human Rights Commission, Khanna during his 10 month stint with the commission visited/ conducted surprise checks of hospitals, jails, juvenile home, colleges, etc. In his book Khanna shares his visit reports and recommendations.Khanna was accompanied by his wife Meenakshi Khanna and Assitant Media Advisor Punjab Vineet Joshi.
