हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने आज गुरुग्राम में जिला लोक सम्पर्क एवं कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए जनसमस्याएं सुनी। उन्होंने गुरुग्राम के सिविल लाइन्स स्थित स्वतंत्रता सेनानी जिला परिषद हॉल में आयोजित बैठक के एजेंडे में शामिल 20 परिवादों में से 19 का मौके पर ही समाधान किया और एक मामले में अगली बैठक तक कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए।
श्री नायब सिंह ने सेक्टर 51 स्थित मेफील्ड गार्डन सोसायटी को नगर निगम, गुरुग्राम को हस्तांतरित करने के मामले में अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि जनहित को देखते हुए यह कार्य एक सप्ताह के भीतर पूरा किया जाए। साथ ही निगम का शुल्क अदा न करने पर संबंधित बिल्डर की प्रॉपर्टी को अटैच किया जाए।
गांव नूरपुर झाड़सा में तालाब की जमीन पर अवैध कब्जे की शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने जमीन की गलत पैमाइश करने वाले जीएमडीए के पटवारी के खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई करने के भी आदेश दिए। वहीं डीएलएफ सिटी फेज वन में जलापूर्ति संबंधी शिकायत पर मुख्यमंत्री ने संज्ञान लेते हुए निर्देश दिए कि दो महीने के भीतर समस्या का समाधान किया जाए और इस क्षेत्र में आपूर्ति के लिए डीएलएफ पानी के स्टोरेज व आपूर्ति के सिस्टम को सुदृढ़ करें।
मुख्यमंत्री एक सप्ताह के उपरांत स्वयं करेंगे सफाई व्यवस्था का निरीक्षण
मुख्यमंत्री ने बैठक में सफाई को लेकर आए एक मामले में अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि एक सप्ताह के भीतर शहर में सफाई को लेकर किसी प्रकार की कमी नहीं रहनी चाहिए। अगले सप्ताह वे स्वयं शहर में सफाई व्यवस्था का निरीक्षण करेंगे। वहीं गांव धनकोट में हाउसिंग बोर्ड कॉलोनी के खाली प्लाटों पर अवैध कब्जों से संबंधित शिकायत में डीसी की अध्यक्षता में एक जांच कमेटी गठित करने के निर्देश देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने इस मामले को अगली बैठक तक लंबित रखने के निर्देश दिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वयं मिलाया शिकायतकर्ताओं को फोन
जिला लोक संपर्क एवं कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक के एजेंडे में शामिल कई मामलों में शिकायतकर्ता बैठक से अनुपस्थित रहे। मुख्यमंत्री ने जब इन मामलों को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों से जवाब तलब किया तो उन्हें अवगत कराया गया कि इन शिकायतों का समाधान हो गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने संबंधित मामलों के शिकायतकर्ताओं को स्वयं अपने मोबाइल से कॉल की और उनकी शिकायत के बारे में जानकारी ली। गांव कन्हई निवासी भागमल यादव, प्रेम नगर कासन से होशियार सिंह आदि ने अपने मामलों का समाधान होने पर मुख्यमंत्री का आभार भी जताया।
समाधान शिविर के लिए भी जताया मुख्यमंत्री का आभार
मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह की पहल पर जिला व उपमंडल स्तर पर प्रतिदिन जन समस्याओं के निवारण के लिए शुरू किए गए समाधान शिविर के प्रयास की भी बैठक में पहुंचे नागरिकों ने प्रशंसा की। मुख्यमंत्री का इस पहल के लिए आभार व्यक्त करते हुए आरडी सिटी आरडब्ल्यूए के प्रधान प्रवीण यादव व अन्य लोगों ने बताया कि इस पहल से उनकी समस्याओं की सुनवाई हो रही है। साथ ही समस्या का समाधान होने पर फीडबैक भी लिया जा रहा है।
इस अवसर पर खेल, वन एवं पर्यावरण राज्य मंत्री संजय सिंह, गुरुग्राम मंडल के आयुक्त आरसी बिढ़ान, जीएमडीए के सीईओ ए श्रीनिवास, डीसी निशांत कुमार यादव, सीपी विकास अरोड़ा, नगर निगम गुरुग्राम के आयुक्त नरहरि बांगड़, नगर निगम मानेसर के आयुक्त अशोक गर्ग तथा भाजपा जिला अध्यक्ष कमल यादव, भाजपा महिला मोर्चा की प्रदेश अध्यक्ष उषा प्रियदर्शी सहित अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति भी मौजूद रहे।

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh chaired the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee meeting in Gurugram today, where he heard and resolved public issues. The meeting was held at the Swatantrata Senani Zila Parishad Bhawan, Civil Lines, Gurugram, addressed 20 complaints, of which 19 were resolved on the spot. One issue was directed to be resolved by the next meeting.
Regarding the transfer of Mayfield Garden Society, Sector 51 to the Gurugram Municipal Corporation, the Chief Minister directed the officers to complete this within a week in the public interest. He also stated that if the corporation fee is not paid, the property of the concerned builder should be attached.
Addressing a complaint about the illegal encroachment of pond land in the village Nurpur Jharsa, the Chief Minister ordered disciplinary action against the GMDA, patwari responsible for the incorrect measurement of the land.
Taking cognizance of the water supply issue in DLF City Phase One, the Chief Minister directed that the problem should be resolved within two months and that DLF should strengthen its water storage and supply system in the area.
Chief Minister to inspect cleanliness system in a week
In response to a cleanliness issue raised during the meeting, the Chief Minister directed the officers to ensure there are no shortcomings in the city's cleanliness, as he will inspect the city’s cleanliness himself within a week.
Concerning a complaint about the illegal encroachment of vacant plots in the Housing Board Colony in the village Dhankot, the Chief Minister directed to form of an inquiry committee headed by the Deputy Commissioner and said that this matter to be reviewed in the next meeting.
Chief Minister personally contacts complainants
In many cases included in the agenda of the meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee, the complainants were absent from the meeting. When the Chief Minister sought answers from the concerned officers regarding these cases, he was informed that these complaints had been resolved.
The Chief Minister personally called these complainants on his mobile phone to get updates on their issues. Villagers Bhagmala Yadav from Kanhai and Hoshiyar Singh from Prem Nagar, Kasan expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for resolving their issues.
Appreciation for the ‘Samadhan Camp’
Citizens at the meeting appreciated the Chief Minister's initiative to hold daily ‘Samadhan Camps’ at the district and sub-division levels to address public grievances. President, Ardee City, RWA, Sh. Praveen Yadav, and other residents thanked the Chief Minister, stating that this initiative ensures their problems are heard and resolved, with feedback being collected after the resolution.
