हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह ने कहा कि संत कबीरदास जी के 626वें प्रकाश पर्व पर उन्हें नमन करते हुए प्रदेश सरकार की अंत्योदय की भावना को धरातल पर उतारते हुए गरीब व्यक्ति को मजबूत व सशक्त बनाने के लिए कई घोणाएं की, जिनमें मुख्यतः गोहाना में संत कबीर के नाम से चौक का निर्माण, गोहाना धानक शिक्षा सभा को लाइब्रेरी व लंगर हाल का निर्माण के लिए 31 लाख रुपये की राशि, भूमि उपलब्ध होने पर रोहतक-जींद रोड पर बाईपास का निर्माण और सरकारी नौकरियों में बैकलाग को जल्द से जल्द पूरा किया करना शामिल है।
इसके अलावा प्रथम व द्वितीय श्रेणी की पदोन्नति में आरक्षण का लाभ देने के लिए न्यायालय में सरकार द्वारा पूरजोर पैरवी करने का आश्वासन दिया। मुख्यमंत्री आज सोनीपत के गोहाना में आयोजित राज्यस्तरीय संत कबीरदास जयंती समारोह में जनसमूह को बतौर मुख्य अतिथि संबोधित कर रहे थे। इससे पहले मुख्यमंत्री ने संत कबीर दास जी के चित्र पर पुष्प अर्पित कर नमन किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि डबल इंजन की सरकार संत कबीर दास की शिक्षाओं व दिखाए गए मार्ग पर चलते हुए सर्व समाज के हित में काम कर रही है। गरीब व्यक्ति को आर्थिक व सामाजिक रूप से मजबूत बनाने के लिए सरकार ने कई कल्याणकारी य़ोजनाएं चला रखी हैं।
कबीर जी के दोहों के एक-एक शब्द है प्रेरणादायक
उन्होंने कहा कि संत कबीर जी का पूरा जीवन समाज में फैले अंधविश्वास, जात-पात व रूढ़ीवादी परंपराओं को समाप्त करने के लिए समर्पित रहा, ताकि समस्त समाज का निर्माण हो। उन्होंने कहा कि कबीर जी के दोहों के एक-एक शब्द प्रेरणादायक है और हमें जीवन में आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा देते हैं। उनकी शिक्षाओं में संस्कृति और संस्कार भी है।
कई राजनैतिक दल अपने स्वार्थ के लिए समाज में भेद-भाव फैलाने का कर रहे हैं काम
उन्होंने कहा कि संत कबीर सर्वधर्म संभाव के प्रतीक हैं। हमारे देश में विभिन्न जाति, सम्प्रदायों के मानने वाले लोग रहते हैं और सभी के हृदय में भगवान का वास है। इसलिए हमें बिना भेद-भाव के मानवता से प्रेम करना चाहिए। परंतु उन्हें दुख हैं कि कई राजनैतिक दल महापुरुषों के नाम पर भी राजनीति करके समाज में भेद-भाव फैलाने का काम कर रहे हैं, ताकि वे अपने राजनैतिक स्वार्थ को पूरा कर सके।
ऐसे लोगों से सर्तक रहने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि एक नागरिक के तौर पर सभी संवैधानिक अधिकार देने की रचना करने वाले संविधान निर्माता भारत रत्न डा. भीम राव आंबेडकर के दर्शन को भी उन्होंने नहीं बख्शा और संविधान बदलने का दुष्प्रचार किया। उन्होंने कहा कि संविधान कोई किताब मात्र नहीं बल्कि भारत माता की आत्मा है, लेकिन राजनैतिक स्वार्थ के लिए गलत प्रचार करके लोगों को गुमराह कर रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि कई राजनैतिक दलों को देश में शांति और विकास नहीं भाता है, बल्कि उन्हें भेदभाव व अशांति चाहिए। उनका मानना है कि देश में जितनी अशांति और भेदभाव होगा। उतना ही उन्हें राजनैतिक लाभ मिलेगा।
सरकार महापुरुषों की जीवनी व शिक्षाओं को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने का कर रही है कार्य
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि महापुरुषों की जीवनी व शिक्षाओं को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार ने महापुरुष सम्मान प्रचार-प्रसार योजना लागू की है, जिसके तहत महापुरुषों की जंयतियों को सरकारी स्तर पर मनाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले 10 वर्षों में श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने सबका साथ-सबका विकास, सबका प्रयास के मूल मंत्र को अपनाते हुए देश को आगे बढ़ाया है।
उन्हीं से प्रेरित होकर प्रदेश सरकार ने हरियाणा एक हरियाणवी एक के संकल्प को लेकर अंत्योदय भावना के साथ संवैधानिक व नैतिक दायित्व को निभाते हुए गरीबों के कल्याण के कार्य किए हैं, ताकि वे समाज की मुख्य धारा में जुड़ सकें।
प्रदेश में गरीब भूखा न सोये, इसलिए 45 लाख बीपीएल परिवारों को दिया जा रहा है मुफ्त राशन
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गरीब व्यक्ति भूखा पेट न सोए इसके लिए सरकार ने 45 लाख बीपीएल परिवारों को मुफ्त राशन दिया है। 12 लाख बीपीएल परिवारों की माताओं व बहनों को एलपीजी सिलेंडर उपलब्ध करवाए हैं। एक लाख से कम आय वाले 23 लाख परिवारों के 84 लाख लोगों को हरियाणा राज्य परिवहन की बसों में हर वर्ष 1000 किलोमीटर की मुफ्त यात्रा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए हरियाणा अंत्योत्य परिवार परिवहन योजना (हैप्पी) लागू की है।
उन्होंने बताया कि हमारी सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी की गरीब व्यक्ति को मुफ्त इलाज करवाने के लिए शुरू की गई आयुष्मान भारत योजना का विस्तार करके हुए चिरायु योजना लागू की गई है, जिसके तहत गरीब व्यक्तियों को सरकारी व निजी अस्पतालों में सालाना पांच लाख रुपये तक की चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है।
इतना ही नहीं निरोगी हरियाणा योजना के तहत स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों ने घर-घर जाकर करोड़ों लोगों के स्वास्थ्य की मुफ्त में जांच की है। उन्होंने बताया कि कांग्रेस सरकार ने गरीबों को 100-100 गज के प्लाट देने का वादा किया था, ज्यादातर लाभार्थियों को न प्लाट दिया और न कब्जा पत्र उपलब्ध कराए। परंतु हमारी सरकार ने 20 हजार ऐसे लाभार्थियों को चिन्हित किया और हाल ही में सोनीपत में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में 7000 से अधिक लाभार्थियों को मौके पर कब्जा पत्र सौंपे थे।
शेष बचे हुए लाभार्थी जिनके गांव में पंचायत की जमीन उपलब्ध नहीं है उन्हें 100 गज का प्लाट खरीदने के लिए एक-एक लाख रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता उनके खाते में डाली जाएगी। इसके अलावा योजना के तहत नए लाभार्थियों की सहायता के लिए पोर्टल शुरू किया है। पंजीकृत लाभार्थियों के सत्यापन के बाद उन्हें भी प्लाट दिए जाएंगे।
देश में अगले पांच सालों में तीन करोड़ लोगों को कराई जाएगी छत मुहैया
उन्होंने बताया कि पिछले 10 वर्षों में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गरीबों को छत मुहैया कराने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत 4 करोड़ मकान बनाकर दिए हैं। तीसरी बार प्रधानमंत्री बनते ही श्री मोदी ने अगले पांच वर्षों में 3 करोड़ मकान बनाकर देने का संकल्प किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कोराना काल में जब रेहड़ी-फड़ी वालों पर कमाने का संकट आया था तो प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने इसका संज्ञान लिया और प्रधानमंत्री स्वः निधि योजना के तहत उन्हें बिना ब्याज के 10-10 हजार रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता उलब्ध कराई।
मुख्यमंत्री ने स्मरण कराया कि आपकी बेटी हमारी बेटी योजना के तहत सरकार तीन बेटियों तक के जन्म पर 21000-21000 रुपये की राशि बेटी के खाते में जमा कराती है, ताकि वह राशि बेटी की शादी के समय काम आ सके। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने ई-गर्वनेंस के क्षेत्र में अनेक पहल की है, अब घर बैठे ही लोगों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिल रहा है।
वृद्धावस्था सम्मान भत्ता योजना के तहत 60 वर्ष की आयु पूरी होते ही स्वत ही लाभार्थी के खाते में 3000 हजार रुपये मासिक पेंशन डाल दी जाती है। इसी प्रकार से अन्य सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं के तहत मिलने वाली पेंशन का लाभ सीधा उनके बैंक खातों में पहुंच रहा है, जिससे उन्हें बार-बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर काटने से निजात मिली है।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान धानक समाज शिक्षा सभा गोहाना और धान समाज हरियाणा तथा सर्व समाज के प्रबुद्ध लोगों ने मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह को पगड़ी पहनाकर सम्मानित किया। समारोह की अध्यक्षता करते हुए पूर्व प्रशासनिक अधिकारी श्री अमरजीत सिंह ने समाज की ओर से मुख्यमंत्री को मांग पत्र सौंपा।
किसी भी गरीब के साथ नहीं होने दूंगा अन्याय- मुख्यमंत्री
मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह ने लोगों को आश्वासन दिया कि किसी भी पात्र व्यक्ति को सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित रहने दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी गरीब से अन्याय नहीं होने देंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को भी सचेत किया है कि वे अपने व्यवहार में बदलाव लाएं। किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत सहन नहीं की जाएगी।
उन्होंने सभी जिलों के डीसी व एसपी को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे प्रतिदिन सुबह 9 से 11 बजे तक लोगों की शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए समाधान शिविर लगाएं, ताकि लोगों को राहत मिल सके। वे स्वयं हर रोज 22 जिलों की प्रगति रिपोर्ट की मोनीटरिंग कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा कोई भी व्यक्ति अपनी समस्या को लेकर किसी भी समय चंडीगढ़ में उनके संत कबीर कुटीर निवास में आ सकते हैं।
इस मौके पर सामाजिक न्याय, अधिकारिता, अनुसूचित जाति एवं पिछड़ा वर्ग कल्याण तथा अंत्योदय (सेवा) राज्य मंत्री श्री बिसम्भर सिंह ने कहा कि आज के कार्यक्रम में उमड़ा जन सैलाब इस बात का प्रतीक है कि प्रदेश में तीसरी बार भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार बनने जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि अनुसूचित जाति श्रेणी में 46 जातियां आती हैं और सरकार ने शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के दाखिले में आरक्षण का लाभ दिया है, जिससे समाज के लोगों को लाभ मिला रहा है।
इस मौके पर राज्य सभा सांसद श्री रामचंद्र जागड़ा और राई के विधायक मोहन लाल बड़ौली ने भी संबोधित किया। समारोह में राजस्थान के प्रसिद्ध लोक गायक व पदम श्री से सम्मानित अनवर खान ने कबीर भजन की शानदार प्रस्तुति देकर श्रोताओं को मंत्र मुग्ध किया।

While paying rich tributes to Sant Kabir Das ji on his 626th Prakash Parv, Haryana Chief Minister, Sh Nayab Singh today unveiled several initiatives aimed at enhancing the welfare of the poor and underprivileged.
These included construction of a chowk named after Sant Kabir in Gohana, allocation of Rs 31 lakh to Gohana Dhanak Shiksha Sabha for the construction of a library and langar hall, immediate initiation of the construction of a bypass on the Rohtak-Jind road as soon as the required land is available, expeditious completion of the backlog in government jobs and assurance of strong advocacy in court to ensure reservation benefits in promotions for Class I and II jobs.
The Chief Minister was addressing the gathering as the chief guest in the State Level Sant Kabir Das Jayanti Samaroh organized in Gohana, district Sonipat today. Earlier, the Chief Minister paid floral tributes to Sant Kabir Das ji.

He emphasized that each couplet of Kabir ji is not only inspirational but also encourages progress in life, embodying profound cultural and moral values.
Many political parties are spreading discrimination in the society for their own selfish interests
He emphasized that Sant Kabir symbolizes Sarvadharma Sambhav, advocating that in our diverse nation, where people of different castes and sects coexist, humanity should be cherished without prejudice, as God resides in everyone's heart.
Expressing dismay, he criticized certain political parties for exploiting the legacies of revered figures to further their own political agendas, fostering societal divisions for personal gain. He highlighted their disregard for the ideals of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, the architect of India's Constitution, who ensured equal rights for all citizens.
He emphasized that the Constitution embodies the spirit of Mother India and should not be misinterpreted or manipulated for political interests. He lamented that these parties thrive on discord and social unrest, believing that such turmoil will benefit them politically, rather than promoting peace and development in the country.
The government is actively disseminating the teachings of great personalities among the masses
The Chief Minister said that the state government has initiated the Mahapurush Samman Prachar Prasar Yojana to promote the teachings of great personalities among the masses. Under this scheme, the government commemorates the birth anniversaries of these eminent figures at the state level.
He emphasized that over the past decade, Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi has propelled the nation forward with the core principles of "sabka saath, sabka vikas, sabka vishwas and sabka prayas."
Inspired by this vision, the state government has worked with the spirit of "Haryana Ek Haryanvi Ek" and has diligently fulfilled its constitutional and moral obligation through initiatives like Antyodaya, aimed at uplifting the poor and integrating them into the societal mainstream.
Free ration is being given to 45 lakh BPL families
He emphasized that the government has distributed free ration to 45 lakh BPL families to ensure that no one goes hungry. Additionally, LPG cylinders have been provided to 12 lakh BPL families, supporting mothers and sisters in these households.
The Chief Minister said that Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana (HAPPY) has been introduced , which offers free travel up to 1000 km annually in Haryana State Transport buses to 84 lakh individuals from 23 lakh families with incomes below Rs one lakh.
Furthermore, under the Chirayu Yojana, an extension of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, the government is providing free medical treatment up to Rs five lakh per year to economically disadvantaged individuals at government and private hospitals.
Additionally, under the Nirogi Haryana Yojana, the officials of the Health Department have conducted door-to-door health check-ups for free, benefitting crores of people. Addressing previous discrepancies, the Chief Minister noted that while the previous administration had promised 100 square yard plots to the poor, many beneficiaries did not receive plots or possession letters.
But the present Sate government has identified 20,000 such beneficiaries of which possession letters were handed over to more than 7000 beneficiaries recently at an event in Sonipat. For those remaining, who lack available panchayat land in their villages, financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh each will be provided to purchase a 100 square yard plot. Additionally, a new portal has been launched to assist new beneficiaries, ensuring fair distribution of plots upon verification, he asserted.
Three crore people will be provided roofs in the country in the next five years
The Chief Minister also highlighted significant achievements and future plans aimed at uplifting the poor across the country. He emphasized that under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 4 crore houses have been constructed and provided to the poor in the last ten years, aiming to ensure every poor family has a roof over their heads.
Building on this success, Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi, in his third term, has resolved to provide 3 crore more houses to the poor in next five years. Acknowledging the challenges faced by street vendors during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Chief Minister noted the proactive steps taken by the Prime Minister under the PM Svanidhi Yojana. This initiative provided financial assistance of Rs. 10,000 each, interest-free, to support street vendors in times of economic distress.
The Chief Minister also underscored the government's commitment to empowering daughters through the Aapki Beti Hamari Beti Yojana. Under this scheme, an amount of Rs. 21,000 is deposited into the account of newborn daughters, up to three daughters per family. This financial support is intended to assist in meeting expenses associated with their future marriage.
The Chief Minister highlighted the government's strides in e-governance, making it easier for citizens to access benefits from government schemes from the comfort of their homes. He said that under the Old Age Samman Allowance Scheme, senior citizens automatically receive a monthly pension of Rs. 3000 directly deposited into their bank accounts upon reaching the age of 60. This streamlined process extends to other social security schemes; ensuring beneficiaries receive their pensions without the need for frequent visits to government offices.
During the program, the prominent people of Dhanak Samaj Shiksha Sabha Gohana, Dhanak Samaj Haryana and Sarva Samaj honored Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh with a turban. While presiding over the function, former administrative officer Sh Amarjit Singh handed over a demand charter to the Chief Minister on behalf of the community.
I will not tolerate injustice against any poor person." - Chief Minister
The Chief Minister assured the public that every eligible person will receive the benefits entitled to them under government schemes without any deprivation. He emphatically stated that he will not tolerate injustice against any individual, especially the underprivileged. The Chief Minister has issued a stern warning to government officials, stressing the imperative of improving their conduct. Any form of complaint will be addressed with zero tolerance.
He said that Deputy Commissioners (DC) and Superintendents of Police (SP) across all districts have been directed to conduct daily "Samadhan Shviris" from 9 am to 11 am. These shivirs aim to promptly resolve people's grievances and provide timely relief.
The Chief Minister said that he personally monitors daily progress reports from all 22 districts to ensure effective implementation. Furthermore, he has extended an open invitation for any citizen to visit his residence, Sant Kabir Kutir in Chandigarh, at any time to discuss their issues.
Speaking on this occasion, the Minister of State for Social Justice, Empowerment, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Welfare, and Antyodaya (SEWA), Sh Bishamber Singh, highlighted the overwhelming turnout at today's program as a testament to the Bharatiya Janata Party's impending third term in the state.
He emphasized that 46 castes are encompassed within the Scheduled Caste category, and the government has effectively implemented reservation benefits for admissions to educational institutions. This policy has significantly empowered members of these communities, fostering societal advancement.
