हरियाणा के शहरी स्थानीय निकाय मंत्री सुभाष सुधा ने शुक्रवार को अम्बाला में कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक के बाद शहर का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने नालों व ड्रेन की सफाई व्यवस्था का जायजा लिया और नगर निगम के अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए कि बरसात से पहले सफाई में किसी तरह की लापरवाही न बरतें, अन्यथा सख्त कार्रवाई होगी।
सुभाष सुधा सबसे पहले अम्बाला शहर के कुम्हार मौहल्ला पहुंचे। यहां उन्होंने सफाई का जायजा लिया। इसके उपरांत वे जगाधरी गेट, नाहन हाउस, कबीर नगर गए। यहां उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सफाई का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाए। कस्तूरबा गांधी स्कूल के बाहर किसी तरह का कचरा न डालने दिया जाए।
उन्होंने इस स्कूल के बाहर अच्छे से सफाई करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने डेयरी कॉम्पलैक्स खतौली में भी दौरा किया। यहां सडक़ों पर गोबर और जलभराव की समस्या को देखकर तत्काल उसे साफ करवाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने नगर निगम के अधिकारियों को किसी भी तरह इस सफाई व्यवस्था को दुरूस्त करने को कहा।इससे पूर्व, हरियाणा के शहरी एवं स्थानीय निकाय मंत्री श्री सुभाष सुधा की अध्यक्षता मे पंचायत भवन अंबाला शहर के सभागार मे डी-प्लान स्कीम वर्ष 2024-25 की बैठक हुई। उन्होंने जिला से संबंधी विकास कार्यो पर चर्चा की और आवश्यक दिशा- निर्देश दिए।
डी-प्लान स्कीम वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए अम्बाला जिले में 1780.33 लाख रूपये की राशि की स्वीकृति प्राप्त हुई है। जिसमें सामान्य कम्पोनेंट वर्ग में 1068.20 लाख रूपये की राशि खर्च की जा सकती है, एससीएसपी कम्पोनेंट में 712.13 लाख रूपये खर्च किए जाने हैं। इनमें पीने के पानी की सुविधा, शिक्षा, बिजली, स्वास्थ्य, सिंचाई, खेल, पशुओं की देखभाल, महिला एवं बाल कल्याण इत्यादि पर खर्च की जानी है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निदेश दिये कि डी-प्लान के तहत जो बजट अलॉट हुआ है, उसका समयबद्ध तरीके से विकास कार्यों पर खर्च करें ताकि जनता को इनका लाभ समय पर मिल सके।

Haryana Urban Local Bodies Minister, Subhash Sudha conducted a comprehensive inspection visit to Ambala city following the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee meeting.
During his visit, he reviewed the cleanliness of drains and sewers, emphasizing stringent measures to ensure thorough cleaning before the onset of monsoons. He warned Municipal Corporation officials against any negligence, stressing that strict action would be taken otherwise.
Mr. Subhash Sudha began his inspection at Kumhar Mohalla in Ambala city, assessing the cleanliness standards. He then visited Jagadhari Gate, Nahan House, and Kabir Nagar, where he instructed officials to maintain impeccable cleanliness.
He specifically highlighted the need to prevent garbage dumping near Kasturba Gandhi School and directed thorough cleaning of its surroundings. He also visited Dairy Complex Khatauli. Seeing the problem of cow dung and waterlogging on the roads there, he instructed to get it cleaned immediately.
He instructed Municipal Corporation officials to enhance the cleanliness system in every possible manner.Earlier, Mr. Subhash Sudha chaired a meeting on the D-Plan Scheme for the year 2024-25 at the auditorium of Panchayat Bhawan, Ambala City.
Discussions focused on district-related development projects, with the Minister providing essential directives.An allocation of Rs. 1780.33 lakh has been approved for Ambala district under the D-Plan Scheme 2024-25.
This includes Rs. 1068.20 lakh for the general component and Rs. 712.13 lakh for the SCSP component, allocated for various sectors such as drinking water facilities, education, electricity, health, irrigation, sports, animal welfare, and women and child welfare.
Subhash Sudha instructed officials to ensure timely utilization of the allocated budget for development projects, ensuring the public receives their benefits promptly.
